Such bad customer service
Wish I could give 0 stars for the lack of customer service but here we are. Almost £50 for a bra that’s faulty and broken, that has been worn 3 times and a simple ‘unlucky’ from them. Oh you’ve washed it, nothing I can do. No offer for any help at all, no information on places who could repair or even if it could be repaired or how to. Never once was I informed I couldn’t wash a bra, just told afterwords there’re a sign in the shop and to read the tag! Seriously lacking in customer service, as spending nearly £150 on 3 bras I think this should be the very least you could inform customers, especially as this is the hill you stand so firmly on.
Not a store I will support again, and will make sure the girls in my circle are warned.
