I've only bought a couple of cases but Bellroy has already shown me exactly the kind of brand they are. When a design issue came up, they proactively sent replacements. When my leather started delaminating, they gave me full store credit. No hassle, no pushback. I've essentially gotten three cases for the price of one, and that's just Bellroy doing right by their customers.

Most recently, Ramiro in customer support was efficient, friendly, and sorted my warranty claim without any friction. This is how every brand should operate. Highly recommend.

Overall a great experience, from a well designed website where you can easily find what you want, to simple ordering process and super fast international shipping. Every product I have ordered is very high quality.

The quality of Bellroy products is excellent. When people see items I have purchased, they ask for the web links. If I send questions to customer support, I receive replies quickly. Everything delivered in great shape, and in a reasonable amount of time.

Was shipped an empty box. Wallet was not inside the outline where it goes into. I went on Reddit afterwards and saw this has happened to other people before. Beware of this company.

Expensive but quality.
More fashionable than most backpacks I find. I do often find myself thinking about buying more just for the looks even though the first bag I bought treats me so well.

Great products - easy to search on site.

I've been buying products for several years now and everytime I get one, I feel I need to buy another one. The quality is good: I love the touch and the way the products are useful and simple to use.

I have ordered 2 backpacks from Bellroy now the first one I used for three weeks and then unfortunately was stolen. I loved it until then. So didn’t hesitate in ordering another one straight away. The second one was lost by the courier. (Nothing to do with Bellroy) I spent three days complaining to the courier and got no where. I complained to Bellroy who straight aaay investigated the problem and were able to solve the issue keeping me informed every step of the way. When I received the product the quality was just as good as the first stolen one. I use a back pack ever day. Bellroy’s quality is unmatched by any other company. I now have a wallet and phone case and all are amazing. Great quality and great customer service rarley go hand in hand, but Bellroy have both, if you are thinking of buying do it, the price might be a little higher than some but believe me with the whole package you won’t regret that little additional spend. Thank you Bellroy.

I really Love Bellroy. I have bought at least 10 of their products and have never been disappointed. The style is always trendy, the quality never suffers, and the orders ship out relatively fast. I also like when they do collaborations, for instance I am a big fan of the Carryology collabs. I think the price is right too, and you pay for what you get. I have seen some other EDC / carry goods companies for nearly the same price that are nowhere near as good as Bellroy, which is why I keep a lookout for new items. If their aesthetic is something you might be interested in, don't hesitate to try one of their products. I would start with one of their leather products, like the slim wallet, etc. and/or one of their sling bags. Cheers!

I’ve owned Bellroy products for years because they are well made, responsibly produced, durable, and Bellroy is easy to work with. Their wallets are the kind of slim I prefer, their passport sleeves are perfect, and their roller suitcases are sturdy and lightweight. All good!

All my experiences with Bellroy have been great and this purchase was no exception. My online purchase was simple and arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Bellroy is an exceptional company that makes great products and excellent customer service.

I bought three different bags from this company. Unfortunately, the quality is very average. When you pay around $200 for a bag, you expect much better quality, but honestly it feels like something that wouldn’t even be worth $20. I’m quite disappointed with my purchase and I expected much more for the price.

I bought two items so far and I’ve never had any issue that would make me not give this company a five star rating. Outstanding products, customer service is over the top. Shipping was fast and packaged from people who care about putting a smile on my face. Timely emails I look forward to seeing what new products and innovations they come up with.
