Tryed ordering one wheel like 4 times on two different phones they blocked contact on one of the phones because we was trying to get in contact they cancelled the wheel every time we trying to buy it never respond back what kind of service is this

Disappointed

I bought a stroller some time ago, before the baby was born because I was really attracted to the design. They are really beautiful. I used it for a few months with great care. Recently I heard a crack and when I checked I saw that the structure that supports the big wheels had broken at the point where they fold to be compact. I don't know exactly what it's called, I don't know how this is possible, but I'm very disappointed. I tried to contact them, but they don't answer. I don't recommend it for the price-quality and customer service reasons.

After putting my review on here on 23/12/24 I had a reply from Bello Babies asking for my order details so they could look into this. I provided these but surprise surprise have heard nothing from them since. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I HAVE NOW GONE TO WATCHDOG. IF THIS FAILS I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT. THEY ARE DOING THIS TO LOADS OF PEOPLE AND ITS A CRIMINAL MATTER OF FRAUD.

Not a real business

So the company is apparently in Greenham avenue,Rg2.. this is reading berkshire. Lol I live in Reading and this is an housing estate. How is this so called company still going on. This is awful. There's women out there spending money on prams that dint exist or just not what they are on the website. I emailed them to say about this and the support email said it isn't recognised how convenient. So here I am writing on trust pilot and I hope the business gets liquidated and reported.

My friend odered a pram paid quite…

My friend odered a pram paid quite expensive, received the parcel it was damaged contacted them provided pictures, waited couple weeks, came back to us saying that they will send a new part out, its been few months ongoing now and last i heard from them was 15th of May she already had a baby and on the last contact with them they blocked her on social media. Very disappointed with they’re response about the entire situation wouldn’t recommend it.

My friend bought a pram and it came…

My friend bought a pram and it came faulty, contacted customer support they said they are going to replace it, eventually started ignoring emails, which came to you blocking her on facebook page. Very disapointed, and wont recomend it to buy it from here. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This was always my first choice

This was always my first choice of pushchair! I ordered it but then didn’t get an update so had to contact Bello babies which to be honest was abit of a ball ache as the contact number no1 answers and the webchat is the same so then I came on here and looked at the reviews which then, made me really disheartened as they wasn’t good reviews, but I emailed support and they emailed me back within sufficient time and kept to there word of when it was being dispatched and and when I would receive tracking info then I received the pushchair and omg I am actually in love and it looks even better than the pics I just think they need to update there timeframe of when the pushchair would come and maybe be a bit more on it with there customer reply’s other than that can’t complain!

ISOFIX

I’ve ordered the isofix for the car seat almost a month ago and no updates with what’s happening.
Responded once saying it takes up to 7 days to process the order… and nothing.
My due date is next month, what a great way to stress people out even more than they have to.
I have no idea what other isofix i can use for the 3-1 pram.

Avoid this shambles of a company

Have tried several times to make a complaint about the pram I have received as it is a pile of ŕubbish. Bello babies have kindly blocked me for writing an honest review on Facebook of their product and will not reply to my emails. They don't even deserve the 1 star I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from them I would never of bothered.

Bello Babies does not deserve even 1 star.

Bello Babies does not deserve even one star. I have been waiting for two months to deliver two items. After the first month of waiting, obviously no notification from them that they are delaying the order, I write to them and ask how much more time they need to ship this order, which contains some trivial accessories, to which I receive an answer that in the following week I am waiting for it to be delivered. Well, after another month of waiting, neither the delivery order nor any notification about the delay. Today I asked for a refund, with such services, I don't need anything anymore.

Bello Babies response shows lack of ownership and responsibility. It would have been more correct to accept that the mistake is yours, and that the problem is not an invented one. By denying the case you are showing disrespect to me as a former client. And no, you don't care, even after I got the money back, through the bank, you didn't contact me.

Orion stroller 3in1
Pram I purchased arrived faulty. One of the magnets attaching the cover to the carrycot wasn’t holding properly/ could be easily opened by the wind. I messaged the seller with the video as a proof, requesting a replacement and was told that the seller is pleased to confirm the magnet is fully functional!!
Requested a refund as I’m not happy to accept the faulty item and was told I need to pay for the return myself. Absolutely terrible customer service, terrible company. In a dispute now fighting to get my money back.
And a word of advice if you are buying the Orion caramel pram it does not come with a zippable basket as shown on the website but with a plastic clip- false advertisement at it best. Seller obviously doesn’t see any issues with that.

The customer service is terrible and…

The customer service is terrible and the promises are not completed . I ordered a Futuro Stroller 3 in 1 Travel System which costed me 849 pounds and a Avionaut Isofix base for 139 pounds. The policy of the company promise 5 days for my order to be dispatched and send. But it was a second week without any notification and actions. And also they do not respond to the emails! I haven’t got any feedback and i am very upset because the pram is a expensive one.
I am going to wait for the and of the week and if it still nothing i will take a legal actions.

Avoid this company!!

Very bad experience!Bought a pram in June and 3 weeks later still nothing,no answears for call,few answears for emails.I was told the pram already sended out but no trucking nr provided,they sended me after that when I was asking for refund.When courier came I didn t took the pram as I was asking for refund so I left with no pram and no money back..Now trying to sorted out with bank and taking legal actions..Better to avoid this company!
