Don’t buy from Bellavita
I had the misfortune to purchase some men’s fragrance’s from Bellavita. One of the perfumes didn’t work I.e. it wouldn’t spray, despite everything I tried to do to fix it. I emailed the company on Monday 13 April and got a very quick response telling me I would be contacted in 24 hours. Friday arrived and no contact so I emailed again. I then got a less than satisfactory email starting with ‘as previously mentioned’ (nothing was previously mentioned) we kindly request you to share the unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel for your order #BVUK44015, or alternatively a short video clearly demonstrating the issue with the spray. I don’t know anyone who videos themselves when opening their shopping. The perfume doesn’t spray…why would you need a video showing…nothing! My advice is to give them a wide berth. The bottle is now in the bin.

The perfume barely stays, and for £30 you’d think it would stick around. The return/refund policy is rubbish, you can’t return smth despite the package being completely unopened and untouched. Dont buy they just want your money 💀
