Cheap quality bed and filling. Very disappointing. It wasn't worth the price even when I paid with 50% off.
Won't fit in the washing machine and you can't take the cover off.
Really cheap and nasty

Awful cheap filling. Centre of bed goes lumpy so my dog ends up lying on a thin piece of material on a hard floor. Outside rim goes as flat also, doesn’t look raised as shown in the pictures online. I bought a doughnut bed from one of the supermarkets as it was deal of the week and it’s much sturdier and the quality is far more superior and it has a removable cover. The Bella & Toby doesn’t and it will not fit in my washing machine.

Our doodle loves her bed. It is comfy and soft. I am disappointed that cover doesn't zip off. You need to put whole of bed in machine. Not sure if Holly's bed will fit in there .

I ordered my Bella & Toby dog bed online.
The process was very simple and easy to complete.
The dog bed arrived on time and was in minimal packaging.
I already had one Bella & Toby bed, but needed another bed as my husband and I have adopted a second rescue dog.
The beds make both my dogs feel very safe and secure.
I would happily recommend these beds to anyone.

Website says orders dispatched same day, don’t mention it’s from China! Took a week and was literally a shein or Temu package sold at a high price.

Was disappointed with the donut bed. It is a large size but the middle is all lumpy and can’t be shaken evenly. Feels like lumpy pieces within. The pictures show the centre looking closely connected to the outside rim but there is a distinct gap in my bed making it far less snuggly. It came super sealed in vacuum packed wrapping which had to be cut off and therefore no easy way to return. Two stars awarded by my dog who did find it more comfy than his last very old donut.

Easy to order, easy delivery, happy Labrador, what more do I need?

I ordered a bed early December expecting it to arrive quickly as per advertising policy (Uk) and because they claimed to be on sale for a short time only. Took 3 weeks to arrive, just in time for what was supposed to be a stress free Christmas present. Contacted customer services 8.1.24 to request an exchange and was told by customer manager Vittoria to send a picture of the bed which I did by return. 16 emails later and numerous conversations on their chat function STILL no replacement bed. Requested full refund due to appalling customer service and was told I was now out of date and could have replacement only. Ghosted on all contact platforms including trying to make contact via Facebook. Vittoria claims picture never received despite answering other emails from the same account! No complaint policy no address to write to and NO ONE available to speak with directly despite numerous requests to resolve.
Bed is poor quality compared to cheaper companies offering comparable product. Item is STILL on sale so very misleading advertising. Return policy makes no reference to having to send a picture but maintains it is 24hr hassle free service.
Raised issue via PayPal STILL no response……. Where is my refund Bella and Toby? I have proof of all communication with you and ordered in good faith. Absolutely shocking

My 2 year old Hungarian Vizsla, Vinnie, loves to sleep and to be comfortable and cosy.
I decided to buy a Bella & Toby donut bed, they looked so luxurious and Vinnie & I were not disappointed when it arrived. The whole process from buying on line, to the speed of delivery was easy & efficient. Vinnie & I could not be happier with this product.

Larger size donut bed bought for our labrador is poor quality, appears threadbare. The base seems to be filled with 4 separate odd shaped pieces of foam which move about leaving gaps, so offers little support. Too big for our 9kg washing machine. Cheap quality material absorbs smells. Cover isn't removable, so had to throw away. Product definitely does not meet marketing expectations. Don't believe the discounted price, they are always on offer! Perhaps positive reviews are for the smaller size beds??

Can’t fault the delivery. My pup loves the bed so pleased with my purchase.

These are cheaply made beds - I bought one and only a few weeks later it’s already flattened and the stitching has come apart. The filling of the bed is just foam pieces and doesn’t keep it’s shape at all. I contacted customer services and was offered 25% discount to buy another bed. Surely a dog bed should last longer than a few weeks, especially as they are so expensive. Don’t fall for the glossy marketing.

Don’t be fooled by the marketing, these are cheaply made beds.
I purchased 2 and they arrived separately, squeezed into small packaging bags. I was refunded after emailing and sending photos after complaining about the poor quality.
I will say 5 stars for the marketing and customer service, 1 star for the product.

Bella & Toby kept me in the loop about delivery and when the bed arrived it was well packaged...my golden retriever is getting used to it but seems to like it alot 😊
