Such a brilliant idea and it works so well with my daughter at night time, to ask her how her day has been and hear her honest feelings. Great quality and goes through the washing machine well too! Win win.

Honestly this has been a game changer to my relationship with my son. Such a lovely way to communicate and have fun with the kids. HIGHLY recommend!

I have two boys (12 & 6) who tend to default to just saying “good” whenever I ask how they’re day was. This pillowcase has been a game changer. The front of it with the emojis is great for a bit of a temperature check and then the back of it with the questions has some great openers for conversations. We take it in turns to choose the questions to ask and we ask each other. We’ve had some lovely chats and it also serves for a bit of stealth reading for the 6 year old too. Cannot recommend this enough.

I tried out the Pep talk pillow with my sons, age 9 and 7. They really enjoyed the conversation starter questions, particularly asking me some of the questions.

It was a great way to have a light hearted chat which led into a meaningful discussion. They were keen to use the pillow again, always a good sign. Recommended.

This is a great conversation closer for the day. Because we're all in the same house all day long, we don't really make a conscious effort to have conversations. This pillow really helps to initiate them and has surfaced some surprising feelings! I'd highly recommend it. Especially during these unsettling times.

The Peptalk pillow is such a great concept, my daughter really enjoys answering these questions and also asking me questions, it’s a really good conversation starter when little ones struggle to express their feelings. Something so positive and useful to emerge from such strange times!

I would recommend PepTalk Pillow to anyone with young children.
It is the loveliest idea - you use their bedtime pillow as a prop, to prompt children into the simplest, sweetest conversations, about their thoughts and feelings, wishes and hopes.
It has lead to some very charming and soul searching conversations with my 8 year old son.

It has actually transformed our evening routine and is now an integral part of bedtime.

I believe that our emotional health is closely linked to mental health and I was struggling to find the right time (or place) to have these one-on-one chats with him. The pillow provides all of the leading questions so he can explain exactly how he is feeling comfortably in his own bed.

An essential pandemic survival kit item. My 10 year old son has been doing school remotely throughout Covid, his interaction with friends has predominantly been zoom calls and yet he seemed to be taking it all in his stride. Or at least I thought he was. I bought Pep Talk Pillow as a way for us to connect like we used to and also to double check that he really was doing fine. It was so illuminating. He loved it and was excited for bedtime, for a change. After the second night, he introduced the pillow to his class on zoom and his teacher loved it so much she wanted to become a spokesperson!

I’d definitely recommend the PepTalk Pillow.

It’s a well thought through idea which has enabled me to ask some pretty soul searching questions to my son, in an unassuming way, which has led to some pretty meaningful discussions that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.

Enabling a child to speak about their feelings is no mean feat, and the pillow certainly facilitates this.

Also, as we use it at bedtime, there is the added incentive that he can stay up a little longer while discussing the topics - a real winner for a 10 year old boy!

Such an innovative and important product, a super soft (literally) way to introduce topics, hopes, fears into a daily vocabulary and routine.

Bedtime is the perfect occasion to make a bit of time for your kids, normalising talking about everything and anything in a calm and non judgmental or stressed way.

With everything that’s been going on lately, the whole families anxiety levels have definitely been on the up, and finding ways to communicate with the girls meaningfully and positively about their feelings and experiences has been a challenge

The pillow provides a fun and interactive way of doing just that, and that fact it’s designed to be used in such a comforting environment i.e snuggled up with them in bed, is totally genius

They both scamper into their beds excited to read through the prompts and we’ve had the loveliest moments together as a result, with some really important stuff coming up and being worked out. Such a gorgeous way to connect with my kids. I couldn’t recommend it enough

I can't recommend the PepTalk Pillow highly enough. It's really amazing how something that looks so simple has transformed bedtime with our son and really helped us have proper conversations.

I was struggling to get him to open up but I knew he was dealing with lots of anxiety and negativity so the best thing about the pillow for me is that he is leading the conversations each night and reminding me to use it before lights out. He looks forward to our chats and the questions prompt all sorts of discussions we wouldn't usually have. I love that they often lead to funny stories and anecdotes from his day that he wouldn't usually share.

For me the fact our son now actively wants to talk to us each night is a game changer. This has already become part of our bedtime routine in a short space of time and I've noticed his answers are getting more positive too.

Really useful product for prompting conversations with young children who need help expressing themselves constructively.

My daughter is 6 and has selective mutism at school and won’t speak to any teachers or anyone of authority so I’ve been worrying about anxiety issues and her confidence and how this could effect her in the future. Prior to the pillow I’ve found it almost impossible to approach the subject of the mutism as she usually gets upset and asks me not to talk about it.
The PepTalk pillow has made a massive difference to our communication and we are able to gently approach the subject by using the pillows questions and the ‘how are you feeling’ Thumbs up or down and she’s really opened up to us, it’s quite amazing! Really exciting to see and certainly calms down bedtime and we get some lovely one on one time. Definitely recommend this pillow, love it!

This has given us an amazing addition to bedtime. My five year old has been able to voice her worries and her successes and brings a great focus and closure to the end of the day. I would recommend to all. Actually great therapy for parents too!! Love the product and love that it’s a pillow so incredibly clever.

The let’s talk pillow encourages children and young people to tap into their thoughts and feelings. I’ve found that it enhances self esteem and resilience. It’s a really great tool to help with emotional regulation. My favourite section is “your dreams” ! It’s so lovely to see the children I work with look inwards and see themselves in a positive way , as well as being able to have conversations about difficult feelings.
