I’m very satisfied with this purchase! Mounting it on the wall was straightforward, and everything fit perfectly. It looks exactly like in the pictures – no surprises at all. The quality is also impressive, sturdy and well-made. A big plus for the secure packaging, everything arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

Easy to use webshop, good quality product, quick shipping.

Quick and easy purchase. Fast and reliable delivery. We ordered a pair of beautiful barstools, and are really satisfied.

I spent 171k HUF and waited 2 months for delivery, only to receive a defective floor lamp (45,070 HUF).
The Issues:
1. Manufacturing Defect: Upon assembly, the lamp is structurally crooked and unstable. It literally cannot stand straight.
2. Poor Quality: Crystal parts were already detached inside the box.
3. Illegal Policy: Beliani refused a full refund, claiming the product is "used" because it was assembled. How am I supposed to discover a structural defect without assembling it?
4. Insulting Offer: They offered a 10,000 HUF voucher instead of a refund for a faulty, unusable item. This is a clear violation of EU/Hungarian consumer guarantee laws (Kellékszavatosság). Don't waste your money here. They prioritize their rigid, illegal internal rules over basic customer rights.
