My previous reviews are always 4/ 5 stars because I love to give positive feedback but not this company !!!!!
Taken my money oct 4th for a double butler sink. Emailed checking address data later then no response. Called. Voice mails. Husband rang. Asked a couple questions about tap hole and Andrew spoke to me in a condescending way
Waiting for a refund and asked for this 3 days ago in emails and voice messages. No response. Oh the voicemail gives you 10 second countdown to leave a message!!!

Finally got through this morning and he complained I’d rang him on a Saturday
It’s now October 14th and they still have £345 He said they’d refund.I asked when and how because he was about to just leave the call there with no means of reconciliation I asked will I have confirmation of this. He said when I cancel later this afternoon shopify should notify you then take a couple of days.

I worry cos he says he’s off work. Will they refund.

The most terrible service ever. How on earth are they running a business.

Ordered a sink in January, was advised that there was a slight delay and found the team to be very helpful and communicative.

The sink is very high quality and I am very happy to have found this company

We purchased one of the large fluted Belfast sinks and are very happy the product, it’s beautiful. The team were really helpful on phone and if they missed a call- I received a call back within 10 minutes. We received a text message order confirmation shortly after purchase which enabled a link to track delivery. We received sink within a week of purchase.

Really poor. Promoted as a Christmas sale and we're two months later and no sink. They did not take any money but did not communicate this is what would happen. We have emailed multiple times and rang countless times - you never get through to anyone. We eventually found a number for a Birmingham showroom and had a very strange conversation with a man who 'had nothing to do with it' but informed us 'our sink was coming'. We think it's an Australian company with no UK based team that has been selling products whilst waiting for them to be shipped from another country, when the website claims they're made in the UK. They also seem to have a company called 'Farmhouse Sinks' that always has a sale on too. We've recently been called to be told that our 'sink has now arrived and is ready for dispatch but the payment has expired, so we need to reconfirm payment'. This involved being sent a link to the website where we were asked for card details again. It all feels very dodgy and we've decided to get our sink from elsewhere. Some people may be receiving a cheap sink soon, but we didn't want to risk it. Especially with some reviews of the Australian arm of the company citing poor quality and we have no way of contacting the company whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Knowingly taking orders for products they don't have and will never have (contrary to claims on the website). You get an order confirmation but they don't inform you or automatically cancel, so you're left waiting. They're not actually taking your money, but it's reserved in your account so you can't use it, and it's not easy to get hold of them (your bank will unblock for you if you can't reach the seller).

We placed an order for a Befast Sink. A confirmation email followed. No detail on delivery several days later, no response to emails, and a non responsive 0800 phone number. Is this company a fraud?
