This is a scam company. Ordered the snore stopper on Jul 16, till today, after more than 2 months, item not received. The tracking provided by Zerah Andrade hasn't updated for past 2 months. False tracking.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They appear to operate under multiple names, including Belfast Health and Luton Pharmacy.
My order took 4 weeks to arrive. Customer service was unprofessional, even replying from a Gmail account.
The product I received was faulty. Despite chasing for 3 weeks, I only got generic responses before they stopped replying altogether.
I contacted them via: Zerah Andrade (she used a Gmail account to respond), Belfast Health support email, and email for Info Luton Pharmacy.
They advertise a “30-day free return policy,” but it is completely false.
If there was a nought I would give it that. I ordered on the 19th July not received goods and it is now 15th September. Messaged several times and got messaged back saying it was still on the way and with the courier. The conclusion is that they are a scam company. I think Honex is the same company.
This is a scam. Ordered and paid on 25th August 2025 using the Facebook platform. No product was received yet. Their initial response said delay due to courier pickup, later no response received after multiple reminders. Informed my CC provider. Don’t be fooled by this Hong Kong based scammers.

This company only recently set up is scamming people into buying machines that allegedly stop snoring via AI technology. They suggest on their web site that they are in Belfast i.e Northern Ireland, but in fact they are in Hong Kong. Alos, there is no area called Belfast in Hong Kong.
And when you try to return the machine they deliver under their 30 day returns guarantee, they simply ignore you. DONT BE FOOLED THIS IS A SCAM
