10 weeks before order would have arrived!
Ordered over 230€ worth of lights on January 12th, apart from an email that day informing me they are awaiting some stock they have only contacted me in the form of marketing emails for the last 3 weeks. On telephoning them I was told they would be getting the stock in on the 23rd March! How they think that it is acceptable for a customer to wait 10 weeks, without any setting of expectations, makes me think very bad words about them! They only got 2 stars because they were easy to contact by telephone to actually find out the information (that they didn't seem to want to volunteer themselves) and cancel the order.

Brilliant product filtering. Super returns policy.
Finding the right light bulbs is made straightforward through filtering on the website, including things like RA.
Free returns is also amazing, as some LED bulbs can still surprise in their light quality.

Excellent choose, quick delivery, easy replacement
All technical details like angel of the beam clearly marked on website. Also has more exotic lamp type like the full range of LED replacement for G53 fitting. Ordered on Sunday, and noticed parts were shipped on Sunday evening. One light was broken, completed form on website, new lamp arrived within 48 hours, no discussion. I'm impressed.

My packet has still not arrived despite DPD claiming that it has. This is disgraceful and terrible service. There is nowhere to contact either BeleuchtungDirekt or DPD easily over email to complain about this. Terrible service. Terrible contact possibilities.
