I ordered a product nov 18 2025 but despite 50 emails I have neither received it or a refund ,at one point they said it was delivered and said they had a photo but it was never surplied ,I personally think they are con artists check it out.

They sent me the wrong item and are ignoring my emails. Scam store

I had ordered an item. I received something completely different. I asked the company to change the item or a refund. They said the item I ordered was no longer available. For a refund I would need to return items at my own expense. They made the mistake not me but I would have to pay for their mistake. Absolutely disgusting service.
Beware ordering from this company as you possibly will not get what you ordered, the cost will be down to you. I think I got ripped off from this company.

Waited over a month then sent something completely different from what I ordered. I’m only glad it wasn’t a lot of money. These scam companies should be banned from advertising on any social media platform. Please read before ordering anything from these crooks. Trust pilot please report these people because vulnerable people are probably losing a lot of money

They sent me the wrong product and expect me to contribute financially to their mistake.
No replacement delivery and no 100% refund.
Verdict. Unprofessional.

I received the wrong item. When I complained, they said that what Ii ordered is not available any more, and that I can return the goods but cant guarantee that they will be recived. They offered 20% refund. I told them to come and collect from me, but they just ignore all messages. Avoid them like the plague.

What a total bunch of crooks they send something you ordered that is not as described, then when you contact them you have to send photos of item then they tell you pick something else of the same value that you do not want,when you ask for a refund you are told it has to be returned to their warehouse in China at your cost or accept a 20% refund
I would have given nil stars but not available they should have to tell you on adverts what country they are in.

Waited 1 months for products and when they came wrong items, messaged and emailed them no response

Do not buy from this company. Advertised as Uk but company now struck off in UK now as based in Hong Kong. Item bought was not as described and they refused to refund me unless returned although they said I could keep the items and choose the same value of a replacement!!? Or accept 20/30% refund. If you happy to let me keep them just give me my money back and keep your shitty products. Decided to return but guess what, stuck in customs awaiting information from Belaniva!!!
