Unresolved billing after reseller → direct migration
I paid €417.60 to Belacom on September 9, 2024 for a one-year subscription to ActiveCampaign (Order #14989).
In February 2025, my account was automatically migrated to ActiveCampaign directly, without my request, and I started being billed $61/month by ActiveCampaign from March onward.
Belacom later refunded the renewal charge made in September 2025, but never refunded or credited the unused period from February to September 2025, despite multiple follow-ups and proof provided.
A disappointing experience overall — slow communication and no clear resolution for an obvious billing overlap.
