I found a product that fits in my utility room

6 months old freezer

My freezer which was six months old broke down and I lost a full freezer of food. The service I received on this was very slow, finally an Engineer came and the freezer was written off. A new replacement arrived a few days later. All good or so I thought, Be aware that the original guarantee continues so the replacement is only covered for 6 months not a new 12 months guarantee.

On the phone with Beko Guarantee department (as I write this) Office has muted themselves, zero response for over 10minutes.

Sales Assistant (Keith?) was so friendly and helpful

Price Performance is very good. Delivery was very fast.

So straight forward to use it has a large capacity and is much quiter than my last machine I'd highly recommend

Absolute disaster to deal with

After 3 months my washing machine broke down, two weeks later I’m still trying to get BEKO to organise a repair.
Staff on the phone are rude and unhelpful.

I’m very delighted with the washing machine. It has an extra large door for loading. The machine has many functions to reduce washing time and save energy. The only one concern that I have is the quality of push buttons are sticking down,

Easy to use, stylish and good price

Worst company to deal with. Bought a washing machine of them. After around 4 months it stopped working. Kept calling them didn’t get any help at all.

The Sale staff that looked after me was very helpful his name is Joe he went through everything about the dishwasher with me very friendly very happy with the service thanks 😊

Great. The washing machine looks not only pretty, it works perfectly, I really recommend this product

It is very noisy and thought this would settled after installed. Makes a occasionally louder noise, is this normal.

Machine was packed well but I could not get bolts off. Please include a tool for this

Very quiet when it wash dishes but it would be ideal if they had timer display but very happy with products

I have bought a Beko dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, chest freezer and a washing machine over the past few years from Telfords Portlaoise. which to me means i was a good Beko customer.
1st thing to break was the dishwasher. which was covered under warranty. then the oven went. that too covered under warranty. then the dishwasher and that was fixed too.
not a problem all still running at the moment no issues since.

now in March 2024 two years after spening €900 on a fridge freezer the fridge has failed. It is not under warranty.
i called beko customer support and i have to say it was one of the worst call centres ive ever called. i had to call 4 times , couldnt understand me at all, very hard to get through to them and they were very rude. they all had indian accents.
Eventually we discovered that the applicance was out of warranty (by 2 months) and the woman in Beko told me that they only help the Beko customer if that product is still under warranty. so that was it end of phone call.
The days of being a loyal customer to the Electrical shop or to even Beko are gone. Telfords push you to Beko customer service.
