I thought it was easy to order
I thought it was easy to order, the delivery was prompt and it was beautifully packaged.
I have had the facial oil before and I am very pleased with it; nice it's organic and not tested on animals.

Ordered a gift consisting of 4 items…
Ordered a gift consisting of 4 items from your website for my sister who will only use products not tested on animals. When I ordered I missed one item from the basket and had to order the last item separately. As I was ordering at the last minute I had to pay for a quick delivery and so was a bit annoyed with myself at having to pay 2 lots of delivery charge, however when the items arrived they were all on one package, I was then a bit annoyed that I had paid 2 delivery charges when everything had been delivered in one parcel, however unbeknown to me at the time, Be Kind Beauty had recognised what i had done and refunded one of my delivery charges. I would say that is excellent customer service, although as the products were a gift and so I have not used them myself I know my sister who they were a gift for highly rates t products from Be Kind Beauty.
