5 days after order sent me shipping details. It showed it was in Italy, then it didn't move for 5 days so I inquired about an update. Then they sent me a tracking that showed it had been sitting in China for 5 days. When I questioned this conflicting information they didn't respond for another 3 days, that link showed it back in Italy again! It has been 22 days and the last tracking showed it traveling from an original destination of China on its way to the USA. Still have not received my order and no response to where my order is with the exception of continuing conflicting shipping information. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They falsely represent who the are and falsey claim expedited shipping with shady and fake tracking details.

We’ve had a very positive experience with BeKind, Tamara, and our gastouder Irene.

From the beginning, the communication with the agency has been clear, supportive, and very well organized. Tamara has been especially attentive and helpful throughout the entire process, always making sure everything runs smoothly and that we feel comfortable and informed.

Irene has taken wonderful care of our baby, and we truly felt at ease leaving our child with her. It’s clear that she provides a warm, safe, and loving environment, and we are very grateful for the care and attention she has given.

Although we unfortunately have to pause the arrangement due to a family sabbatical and travel, this decision has nothing to do with the service itself. On the contrary, it has been a very positive experience overall, and we are thankful for the support during these months.

We would definitely recommend BeKind and Irene to other parents looking for trustworthy and caring childcare.

We are glad we have found a spot for our son with Be Kind! Tamara has been very helpful and understanding from the very start supporting this important step in live for both our son and us as parents.
We were very lucky to find Lisa as our gastouder. Lisa has been very calm from the start getting to know our son and his personality. She created a very cozy and kids friendly environment in her house, and she also gives a lot of value at the time outside.
Well, we are very sad we need to leave Amsterdam, because with Lisa we found the person we were wishing to find for taking care of our son.

We moved to Amsterdam from the UK in 2021 and needed a childminder for our two children. We have had a fantastic experience with BeKind for the last two years. Tamara is kind and supportive and is always available to answer our questions. We couldn't be happier with Amy the childminder provided by BeKind. She provides a fun, safe and caring environment for the children and our kids love spending time with her.

Really good service, I can totally recommend them! Tamara took the time to get a good understanding of our child and our preferences and found an excellent gastouder for us! We are very happy with our choice!
