Customer Servive is Horrible - Do Not Buy From Them!

Customer service does not care about you. They lost my luggage with their delivery service and then told me it was out of stock and I could not get a matching large luggage and would have to get a completely different colour even though it was THEIR fault. I ordered 1000$ worth of things and they are claiming I now need to replace it with another colour and I cannot just change to the Medium Roller which is in stock in my colour. I also had to reach out to them to see where everything was.

'Looking at the tracking information for your order, it does appear that your order may have been lost in transit with the shipping carrier. Our apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We will open a claim with the carrier for your lost package and we will certainly have a replacement sent out right away for you."

"I checked with the order and the expedited shipping has been approved. I also checked the items in the order and The Large Check-In Roller in Atlas Pink is out of stock. Great thing is, we can process a replacement of The Large Check-In Roller in a color you preferred."

Customer service is abysmal

Customer service is abysmal. I placed an order two weeks ago with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 days, but it never dispatched and I have had zero communications to let me know what’s happening with the order, despite me contacting customer service three times. I’ve since been advised by my bank to raise a dispute. AVOID.

Kind of shocked by the bad reviews. I have two different bags from Beis and really love both. One I've had for two years and it's great quality! They feel like a good quality for the cost of the item.

I’ve been following Shay and her new…

I’ve been following Shay and her new baggage line since it launched and was excited to finally purchase the All-in-One Sling and the North to South Tote. Unfortunately, they are extremely disappointing. The zippers are crooked, the bags lack sturdiness, and the lining feels cheap and likely won’t last more than a month. After just two hours, threads on the sling started coming loose, and the zipper is already mangled. The tote scratched after placing it on the ground once. I can’t recommend these products and am very frustrated with the poor quality control. I expected much better.

Quality

I love this bag well I did loved it! Its shape however is sustained by paper products that are absorbent so the cup holder is like a setup for disaster and the company will not replace so if the inside gets wet it will mold or loose its shape and cleaning options are limited because it is cardboard like material on the inside. I walked around smelling like rotten milk for over a week and upon investigation found out that a coffee that I spilled and cleaned had actually absorbed into the paper and was rotting the inner lining of the bag. I bought the bag from revolve and BEIS decided that revolve should address a quality issue I’m disappointed.

Disgruntled customer

I purchased two pieces of luggage off of a registry. Unfortunately, someone already purchased them and didn't mark they were already purchased. Beis Travel says it will ship within 3 to 5 business days. I called back the same day as I purchased them and was told that it was too late to cancel the shipment. I am sure they will charge me a restocking fee. This company is a racket. Please, choose another brand. Nobody should be treated with such disrespect.

Paid $69 to ship a $99 backpack in 2-3 business days. Not only did the backpack not ship by the 3rd day, but zero updates from the company.........then when I contact them and request to cancel the order, they say 'it's too late'. Hmmmm, if it hasn't shipped yet, why is it too late????????? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOTTY COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are misleading in their product…

They are misleading in their product descriptions so carefully when buying! Got their compressing travel packs 4 pc only to find out that only 2 actually compress... Customer service basically told me to F off and sent me a screenshot of their website description in small print - same screen shot had the titles of item “The Compression Packing Cubes 4 Pc in Black” right in capital bold letters! This wasn't my only order but will be the last for sure!

I found this company to be amazing

I found this company to be amazing. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond and solved my problem and then some. Highly recommend. Also their products are amazing!!! I have the carryon and it’s incredibly high quality.

Great customer service

I ordered the sport thing from beis, when I went to use it for the first time, I noticed that the zipper was missing a notch causing it to get stuck when opening and closing. I reached out to beis with pictures. They responded almost immediately and offered a replacement. I did not expect such a quick turn around. I hope that the replacement has everything in tact. Great customer service team!!

Worst quality and customer service, don’t buy it!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and service of Beis. I purchased a bag that fell apart after just over a year, despite having only used it three times during travel. When I contacted customer service, they suggested that it was normal wear and tear and offered a mere 15% refund as a goodwill gesture. This so-called gesture is worthless, as I have received similar discounts through their email promotions before. It's absurd to suggest that a bag should deteriorate so quickly. I expected better quality and customer care from a brand like Beis. Save your money and look elsewhere for better quality and service.

AVOID, scummy company.

Purchased their "carry-on" bag, which it turns out doesn't actually fit in the overhead bins of any airlines. Fair enough, I should have read the description better, but the name is misleading. Contacted BEIS for a return and the representative I spoke to told me they don't do refunds and tried to refuse a return. Their website clearly says they accept returns up to 45 days after purchase, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2013 in the UK state that returns must be accepted for online purchases for up to 14 days. They were obviously hoping we'd just give up and it took further complaints to finally get the refund. Scummy company with an attempted illegal returns policy. Definitely avoid!

Terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible. Package was delivered late, despite paying for rush shipping.

There is no way to reach them by phone and by email they are slow to respond and not helpful - not even willing to credit back the rush shipping cost.

Lots of options when buying luggage. I will never go back there and instead focus on the many competitors that value their customers.

The worst customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever!! I purchased a travel bag and was offered a 15% welcome discount, ok that was nice, I shared my purchase with a friend and not even an hour went by where she went online and was offered 40% off, which was not there when I made my purchase. So we emailed the company Beis, which is the only way you can communicate. Long story short they would not honor the new sale price they said “sorry “you used the 15% you can send it back but we’re going to charge you $10 return fee!!! What a joke!!

I ordered the small carryon based on…

I ordered the small carryon based on American Airlines and Delta carryon allowances. The bag I ordered was one inch less high and one inch less wide than the allowable carryon. Unfortunately the width was 2” less wide than advertised. Width was advertised as 13”, but is only 11”. I will only be able to use this bag to pack for a one night trip. Extremely upset and disappointed with my purchase. Height is also a bit short.

Bag is EXTREMELY Heavy and Cumbersome

I bought the Weekender by Beis, but wished I had not. The bag did work as a carry on personal item, but it's shape is awkward to carry around and extremely heavy, I am 5' 4" and honestly it was too big for me to deal with and was extremely painful to lug around. Since, it can not be returned (unfortunate). I will use it for road trips, but I'll never drag that thing around an airport again. I would NOT buy it again.

Good until it’s not

Good until it’s not!
I wanted to make an exchange and it’s been two weeks and no indication as to when I’ll received the new item or the refund. The customer service is bad and they keep sending email that are not helpful to your situation. Those are generic email. They don’t seem to look into your request or try to see where the process is at. Of course you can only reach them by email.
I’ve a feeling of going round and round without any sense of finding an answer or a solution.
Very disappointed!
