well beforward has been giving me some clean cars and cheaper options with huge discounts
Their platform is very interactive and Informative. However, they should improve on providing more information on registration year and month of other vehicles. At the same time they should have skeleton staff to assist clients in other countries with different time zones as Japan.

I purchased an daihatsu hijet interior roof storage shelf part was $127 plus $150 freight from Japan to Australia.
oi thought freight was reasonable and my payment went through over night they confirmed they received my payment. so about 3 day had past when i got a message saying they miss calculated my freight they wanted another $400 on top of the $150 i already paid this will be my last purchase from be forward. And to get my refund it took 3 week to get my money back very poor service.

I have been a customer of BE FORWARD for many years, and the difference between the service in the past and today is shocking.
Around 8 years ago I worked with an agent named Ayan, and the experience was excellent. He was professional, responsive, and always provided information quickly. Communication was clear and efficient, which made the buying process smooth and trustworthy.
Unfortunately, the situation today is completely different.
Recently I have dealt with several agents — Yasu, Shakar, and Miki — and the level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. Communication is incredibly slow. Simple questions that should take minutes to answer often take several days or even weeks, and sometimes there is no response at all. In some cases they promise to send information and then simply never follow up.
The issue is not the cars themselves, but the lack of professional customer support. It feels like the company has grown in size but the quality of service has declined dramatically.
For long-time customers this is very frustrating. Reliable communication used to be one of the reasons to buy from BE FORWARD, but today it has become one of the biggest problems.
I hope the company seriously improves its customer support, because the current level of service does not reflect the reputation the company built in the past.

I have purchased four cars from Be Forward in the past without any issues, which is why my recent experience has been very disappointing.
In March, I selected a car, requested the invoice, and paid it the same day (invoice 3774493, Car ref CC168976). I also uploaded the bank TT confirmation immediately. The website showed the vehicle as **reserved for me** and confirmed that the **TT copy had been received**. Despite this, within a day or two the car was sold to another buyer. I was simply advised to choose another vehicle.
I then selected a second car and again sent the TT confirmation for payment I did for the first car ( Invoice No 3793203 Car ref No CC 335293). I also emailed to them requesting the transfer of my payment to this current car. It has now been almost a week. The system still shows the car as **reserved for me** and the **TT copy received**, yet on another page of their website the same car is still "under Offer" with a countdown timer until the offer expires.
I have sent several emails asking for clarification but have received no response so far.
This lack of communication and the apparent double-listing of vehicles is very concerning, especially after payment has already been made. My previous experiences with Be Forward were smooth, but this situation raises serious questions about their current process and reliability.
Buyers should be cautious and closely monitor their transactions when dealing with this company.

Wrong part, part seized, doesn't work properly. Wasn't delivered but left at post office saying delivered took 2 weeks to track down. Customer Service a joke don't use this company.
Edit... I did reach out and was told that its my fault for not contacting you within 5days of delivery yet it was stated it's was delivered 2 weeks before I received it. Tell me how you expect me to put a complaint in within 5 days when the part WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME whe stated.

I bought Honda grace hybrid 2019.It really met expectation. The only challenge is changing audio language for gathers vxm-195vfei to English. Kindly work on it since i was told there is no English translation
I had a very good experience with Bforward. Their customer care is excellent, emails are responded to quickly, and they are very transparent throughout the whole process. The vehicle I ordered arrived in good condition exactly as expected.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Be Forward. They advertise that customers can pay using PayPal and credit card, but in reality, neither payment method worked when I tried to complete my purchase.
I attempted multiple times to pay using both options, but every credit card transaction failed and the PayPal links provided by their sales agents did not work either. I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no payment attempts were received and there are no issues with my credit card.
Despite explaining the issue several times, the support I received from the assigned sales agents was very poor and slow. Instead of resolving the problem, I was simply told to use bank transfer, which defeats the purpose of offering PayPal and credit card payments in the first place.
If a company advertises certain payment methods, those methods should actually work. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

Bought parts but freight was calculated wrong so now it’s my problem. Be very careful and don’t be in a rush as they are extremely slow. I only found out because I asked where my parts were. I Have requested a refund see how that goes.
