Confused about refund

Update:
Few hours after writing this, I received an email conferming that I was going to have a refund within 10 days. I have therefore augmented the 2 stars to 3.
Original:
I think the website and the owner, Fedir Shirin, is ok and his courses may be of good quality, but I really don't like his business model: He withdraws payments immediately even in cases (as with e.g. the Camp), where the course may start not untill 5-6 months later. That is, he takes my money, and I get absolutely nothing back untill after 5-6 months! And in spite of requesting a refund twice, I get no response other than that it's impossible. Therefore I can absolutely not recommend Befluent.net
