Ordered my glasses paid for rush :(

Ordered my glasses and paid for rush shipping. 10 days after ordering they emailed and said my glasses had just been released for production. 20 days later I’m still waiting for my glasses that I paid for rush shipping on. How’s that work? Terrible customer service. Been five days since I’ve emailed and still no response. Terrible experience period. Thanks for nothing befitting.

Contacts Astigmatism

When shopping for contacts, this was by far the cheaper option for me. They asked for all my information up front, which made it nice. After placing my order I saw an email with clear instructions on what I had to do. I will be ordering from BeFitting in the future!

Dropped the ball and wasted my benefits.

Ordered glasses a week prior to the year rolling over. I'm a new employee and wanted to use my 2024 benefits. I called customer service 2x about verifying my order before the year rolled over. They never did and told me not to worry because it's by the order date. The year rolls over, they say they can't fill it, and my benefits are wasted.

First time ordering glasses online

First time ordering glasses online. Not impressed so far. Received order confirmation email but it wasn’t anything it actually was directing me to attach my prescription but not directly. I opened up chat and after answering the same questions 3 times, I was told ok your order had been confirmed and it will be 10 days. Not impressed, can’t wait for the glasses to arrive.😬😳.

Excellent selection and quality.

Befitting has an excellent frame selection. This is my 2nd order to them. The first one was perfect as far as lens quality and frames. Their link with the insurance providers when purchasing works seamlessly.

I like frames with spring hinges. I just wish they would add this as a filter when selecting frames. I don't hold that against them though, they are my go-to provider for glasses.

One of the best eyewear sites yet!

Ease of use on the site and the ability to select my insurance for the purchase makes for 5 Stars. This option alone satisfies hours of stress provided by others with insurance claim paperwork. Went online the day I got my new script…

Went online the day I got my new script and had my glasses in less than a week and that was right before Christmas!! The glasses are perfect and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend Befitting!!!

Befitting Does It All!

I ordered a pair of glasses two years ago and was very happy with it and it was the correct lens from my prescription. I tried another vender last year and the glasses were ok. I tried a new vender this year and the problem is their system not finding me with my insurance, so, of course I purchased another pair of glasses from Befitting without the hassle! I am sure that I will be satisfied with the new pair!

Great service, easy exchange, gorgeous frames

It took me a whole month to decide I wasn’t crazy about my new eyeglass frames. I called and spoke to a Befitting rep, who could not have been more pleasant and helpful in facilitating an exchange for a different pair. The return was quick and easy-peasy, the new ones arrived in short order, and I am madly in love with my new glasses…and with Befitting! Thank you! 🙏

Shop local

The order took longer than expected. After following up with the company they forgot to process the order. They offered me expedited shipping, which was a nice gesture. Once the glasses arrived, I was pleased, until I tried them on. For a company ensuring all the boxes were checked and correct, they made glasses with the wrong script. After taking the new glasses into the optometrist and finding out both lenses were different and both incorrect, I had to return the glasses, getting a refund and insurance benefits reinstated are a very slow process.
