I am in the same position as lots of other customers. I ordered the t shirt after a Facebook advert without proper research (my bad). The t shirt took weeks and weeks to arrive. It was enormous and poor quality. Shapeless. I contacted 'Matt" who asked me to send a photo (why?) and told my request for a smaller size was being forwarded to their fulfilment department (China?) After waiting a few weeks more, I have requested a refund and a return address label. Nothing...... I am now contacting my bank under 'chargeback' which is very effective.
Shame on Beewholesome.... don't be taken in, they are con merchants.

My t. Shirt eventually arrived today! Initially, I thought that I was ordering from the UK, but the dispatch text informed me that my order was coming from China. I ordered a navy blue one and at a distance the bee doesn't look too bad. However, when you look closely, the bee transfer is actually quite naff. I don't remember the website mentioning that the bee was a transfer. If it had, I wouldn't have purchased one, because transfers invariably don't last in the wash. Definitely not worth the money. I've purchased better printed t.shirts costing much less from my local supermarket. Definitely would not recommend!

I would not use this company again. It took 2 months to get my tee shirt which in the picture looked mustard but is actually bright yellow, although the quality is fair. Another issue I have is the use of UK in their trade name. The tee shirt took so long because it was delivered from China! I believed this company sourced products from the UK, I should have researched them better. I think the whole basis of the company is a scam.

Placed a T-shirt order 31st March - received today 1st June! Lots of emails with Matt. It is nothing like the photo. Have asked for money back!

I received the yellow T-shirt and it looked nothing like the photo. I asked for the return address and a refund. Matt from customer service promised me a refund and suggested I donate the T-shirt as no need to return it. Great I thought, what good customer service. Don’t be fooled!! No refund and no replies to my further emails!!
Scam alert!!!!!!

Big scam! Took weeks ro arrive (they blamed Royal Mail, they blamed Covid, but I'd had loads of other orders from elsewhere in the meantime, so that was rubbish). When it finally came the colour and finish of the fabric were nothing like the photo, just a bargain basment cheap, shapeless cotton tee with basic print on it. Multiple emails to try and obtain a return address have failed, they asked for a photo, I sent one, they ignored me for days, I finally managed to get a reply after bugging them repeatedly and they started asking for a photo again! Argh!

I'm going to apply for a chargeback through my bank.

I echo everyone’s comments. Total scam. T shirt has never arrived despite multiple emails to whoever ‘Matt’ might be stuck in customers blah blah 😑 I don’t know why Facebook allow these dodgy adverts. Should be taken to task I feel.

So like everyone else states, do not order, I made the mistake of ordering a t-shirt at the end of March, now 1st June and no t-shirt, being fobbed off by Matt via email saying its stuck at the airport, asked for a refund twice now and no response to that. Total scammer. Don't waste your money.

I'm so so sad there are scams like this, taking advantage of genuine people who care about the environment. I'm also mad at my self for being caught out!
After seeing the Bee Wholesome ad on FB, I was silly enough not to look for reviews or check out the website properly. Now £45 lighter, I do have 3 t-shirts (which I'll be donating to charity), but they're NOTHING like advertised. Cheap cheap cheap, made and shipped from China (NOT the UK as the website stipulates), and just hideous colours. If you search these tee's using Google, you'll see there are multiple companies selling the exact same item, using THE SAME image. Now I've looked, I can also see the colours aren't real, just the same image photoshopped. You'll also wait a month or more for your disappointing delivery, that's if you ever get it (see all the other reviews!) then be fobbed off by 'Matt' who is presumably not donating a penny to saving the bees! and now apparently has a full mailbox ...
So think twice, avoid his company like the plague, and if you don't mind a VERY cheap version of the t-shirt you see on the website, Google it and buy it from elsewhere for a fiver.

The same as everyone else 8 weeks no tshirts, no replies to emails, now it says email box full so clearly not checking emails disappointing to say the least

I believe this "company" is linked with Our Earth Project, same poor quality goods, same product photos, same shipping from China, same rubbish service. Complete con, shame on Instagram and Facebook for showing these rogues to advertise on their platform.

If I could give zero stars I gladly would. Total scam, good luck getting any response out of the company when you ask for a refund/your order is wrong/they don’t send your order at all. Never received an order confirmation, no proof of what I ordered except the charge to my credit card. Beware!!!!!

My complaints are exactly the same as everyone else's. Ordered a tshirt on 9th April, after 5 weeks still no tshirt and the office were ignoring my requests for a refund. Week 7 and unfortunately the item has arrived. It's too late for the Birthday present it was intended for at the end of April and is of poor quality. I want to return it but again I am being ignored. (BTW my surname is now Nichols not Strickleton)

Really bad experience! Bought the Bee tshirt end of March, wanting to support charity im those uncertain times. Mid April, when still haven't received anything, I contacted the website. I was assured top is on it's way and have been getting same reply every time. Now, end of May, still without a top, and no replies, all I ask is a refund. But being totally ignored. Do not buy from this company.

Now I have asked for a refund Matt has suddenly gone quiet and is ignoring me. Paid by credit card so have asked my card for a refund. What a scam

As others have said. Takes ten weeks to arrive and is nothing like the picture. Cheapest tee shirt you’ve ever seen, huge and shapeless, with a cheap transfer on top. Been ripped off - take care not to do the same! And shame on Instagram and Facebook for letting these fraudsters advertise on their platforms and con thousands of us!

Placed an order with Bee Wholesome UK on the 15th April 2020. After 4 weeks, I emailed them as I hadn’t received my item. Matt sent a prompt response saying that my item was stuck at the airport, he used the current pandemic as an excuse. That seemed legit. He asked me to get back in touch if I hadn’t received my item in a week. I did.
He hasn’t replied. I have now been waiting 6 1/2 weeks for my item. Their shop is still taking orders. However, all comments on their Facebook page have been filtered out. They have taken advantage of folk during a pandemic and should be ashamed. How do you sleep at night, ‘Matt’, if that IS your real name. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I’d give no stars if I could. Yup. Waiting from March. 5 emails all blaming the courier. Not sure how to get the money back... absolute SCAM 😡😡

Same as others, I too ordered 2 months ago. Emailed numerous tines Matt assured me it's on it's way, I have now asked for my money back and heard nothing.

As other reviews have stated, the t-shirt took weeks to arrive. When it did it was NOTHING like the photograph! Cheap lurid fabric, with dreadful graphics. This was sent from China. I can’t believe I was duped into spending £18 on this.

Awaiting my parcel I too received a courteous email from “Matt“. Guess what? No response from him now I’m asking for my money back.

There is no way this company is linked to ethical projects or bees. It’s a scam.
