My 2.5yr old 19” monitor stopped working all of the sudden. I contacted Beetronics who then sent me a series of questions in order to help them pinpoint the problem.
They quickly diagnosed the issue and a new plug was dispatched to me on the same day. An excellent first-class customer service experience, I guess you get what you pay for.

I called in to ask some questions and the phone was immediately picked up by a person, not an overzealous answering system. The person on the other end was awesome and super helpful. The monitors we ordered work perfectly and arrived quicker than estimated. Highly recommend, we plan to order more!

The entire buying process was seamless. I bout 2 monitors and have only used one of them till now. I have been using it for a couple of months now and has been working great! you can tell that the monitors are well-built and do not feel cheap.

The stand I purchased had the countersink bores on the wrong side of the mounting plate & it did not come with its own mounting Screws. I had some M4 screws and some washers on-hand so no major issues, but it was inconvenient that they were not included.

The monitor looks great and feels sturdy, but my one complaint so-far is that the buttons on the monitor itself feel flimsy and there isn't a clear way to change input method without the remote. That and no batteries come with the remote which is also inconvenient.

The website said to order now and the package would be here by Tuesday. I needed it by Saturday so I thought it was perfect. After ordering, it said arrival Friday! Gave me much anxiety because I needed it for a gig. I came by Friday, but gave me a mini heart attack to knock it was too close for comfort.

My touch screen arrived a day early and setup was easy. Still building my interface but it looks like the 27” touchscreen is perfect for the job.

Ordered 3 SDI monitors for mini confidence monitors and live stream outputs. Was a little nervous with the purchase and the company, as I had never heard of them before, nor could I find any google reviews. However they had what I was looking for, so I took the chance. They arrived, the shipping box was damaged from shipping, however the monitors were fine and in great shape. I tested them all out, and everything is working the way it should. Having the SDI ability, makes it super easy, not having to have extra SDI to HDMI converters laying around the place. Using it on a gig this week, so if no more news, means its good news.

We just purchased a touch screen metal display for our Locksmith vehicle's small computer. I a very impressed with the quality of this touchscreen. It appears very durable. The mounting bracket that was enclosed in the package was perfect for what we needed. With some slight modifications to it, we made it so we could mount it on the side wall of our van. I highly recommend this touchscreen to anyone that has the need for something that is portable and mountable in various ways.

Everything was as expected from this company, placed order received product sooner than expected. In this day and age it was a very pleasant experience. The week of Christmas I expected shipping delays but received the following day.

Adding a month later that I really like the 17" touchscreen they make. It seems to be very stable and responsive, used as a confidence monitor ringed by virtual control buttons that are generated by a Crestron control system, in a college lecture hall.

Very easy to purchase. Showed up on time and double boxed to prevent any damage during shipping. I did not receive the screen dimming control. I ordered it and have not received it yet. I will give 5 stars because I am sure they will send it right out.

first time using your monitor 12 " series , called for some technical information and advise , got through to somebody on the first call . this person was knowledgeable and motivated to help . delivered in two days , mounting was easy with the hardware provided , was able to get my milltronics milling back up and running in three days , from picking up the phone to installation in three days . hope next time i do business with beetronics it will go as smooth as first time.

This monitor is exactly what I expected. The only issues are (1) the folding stand is VERY tight and I am concerned that the monitor is going to break when I unfold it, and (2) when my computer goes to sleep, I hear a "beep" from the computer every few seconds. This never happened with other monitors that I have used.
