Over several weeks this company repeatedly let me down and lied. They agreed to take on a very time sensitive project that should have taken one week but throughout that period I was fobbed off, misled, ghosted and was promised the work would be complete no less than 15 times. Every deadline passed and no communication was forthcoming. When I chased progress, which was often as I was becoming anxious, I was ignored. This company will not pick the phone up and talk to their customers, they hide behind messages. They do not onboard clients in a professional way and nor do they issue a NDA and protect your intellectual property.
Because I complained about the slow progress in a more than reasonable manner, the business owner Jamie then proceeded to deliberately delay progress and stated this was done because I thought I was better than everyone else. Despite being Indian, I was called a racist when I said it was misleading to outsource people's work out to India and not disclose that. Eventually, Jamie resorted to bullying and mocking me and told me if I continued to push him, I would regret it.
I paid £850 to spend on marketing budget and no marketing was ever run. Nor was my money returned.
