I have never been this disappointed with a business — ever. My experience with Bee’s Flowers in San Jose 14398 Union Ave San Jose, CA 95124 was an absolute disappointment, and I want to make sure no one else wastes their money the way I did.
I ordered two holiday arrangements totalling $158.48 one being a DELUXE arrangement (We Need a Little Christmas) and the other a Standard. (Jingle Bells) What my colleagues received fell short of the deluxe – We Need a Little Christmas. The arrangement looked rather small and incomplete — missing flowers and what they put in the arrangement did not make it a DELUXE arrangement. The second arrangement was missing items shown in their own product photo.
I contacted the shop, explained everything, and they told me a replacement arrangement would be delivered – which would be the DELUXE We Need a Little Christmas.
That replacement NEVER showed up.
I followed up again, and the response I received was: nothing. Silence. No update. No explanation. No effort.
In my opinion, the lack of professionalism, the lack of follow-through, and the complete disappearance after promising a replacement says everything, I need to know about how they handle customers.
After spending good money and giving them the chance to fix the situation, I was left with subpar arrangements, no replacement, and absolutely no customer service. Needless to say my disappointment was huge as I had picked Bee’s Flowers from the reviews I read…
Based on my experience, this is not a business I would recommend to anyone.
