I don't even want to give them 1 star!!! These arrived after Christmas, things I wish I had known....They only communicate through emails, IF they feel up to it. The videos themselves represented a sturdy mat. But the mat that arrives is not durable and those little scale pieces don't go back easily. Some refuse to. I didn't use the mat, just tried to correct the pieces that weren't facing the right way. The company is dodging me on returning them for a refund. I ordered 2. They offered a partial refund of only $35 for both mats if I keep them, not each. Both. I said no, I want to return them for a full refund! I paid over $120 for both. This company isn't based in a fluent English Speaking region either. Definitely not buying from them again. Definitely check any company's location and such before buying. I learned a lot this Christmas season.

The website sent the product (golf swing mat) 3 weeks later (past Christmas) So I wanted to return the item. There is no phone number and the email is a gmail address (I should have checked before ordering)
Emailed the email address multiple times and no one responded.
