The Derusting weeding wheel cost £39.90, and as it was unsuitable I returned it at a postage cost of £26.55 as it had to go to China. Whilst BeeHomie refunded the cost of the product, they refused to refund postage (despite months of trying) so I would not buy from them again unless I was 100% certain that product was suitable.

I ordered the Beehomie M70 washer, it took well over 2 weeks to arrive, I did email the company in the meantime but received no response.

I eventually received the product, in a tatty squashed brown box with "made in china" printed all over it. Nothing like the advert.

I plugged in the product and fully charged it. I was completely underwhelmed, I can urinate with a more steady flow and pressure.

I did see that the water pipe provided had split on the first use, so sorted that thinking that could be part of the issue.

It was not, the product is useless and the customer service non existent.

I have emailed 3 times now and used the contact page on the website and had no response.

I am in the process of contacting my credit card provider to obtain a refund.

Avoid at all costs, it is absolute cheap tat.

I ordered a cordless jet washer. It arrived wrapped in plastic, no user instructions, and it looks and feels like cheap tat. I’ve emailed customer service 4 times for a return label, no response, at all! I’ve found the name of the company owner on companies house register. I’ve written him a letter - not optimistic I’ll get a reply. Avoid this company

Poor quality G45 grass trimmer very flimsy product but it works ok I have a medium sized lawn but have to recharge battery 3 times to complete. I have tried to contact the company by email for advice on getting another battery but so far no reply

Recieved item wrapped in bubble wrap not what expected tried several times to contact no replies stuck with item that isn't what is described doesn't do the job it shows on the advert at all do not buy

Ordered the M60 Cordless Jet Washer. Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive as ships from Hong Kong. Contacted Customer services during this time - no response. Opened the box and the item looked like cheap tat. I assembled it and tried to use it but the motor cut out after less than 5 minutes. Contacted Customer services to arrange return via the contact form - no response. Tried calling - number given is invalid. Avoid!!

Was recently given a K50 Pro Woodsplitter as a gift. However it lasted less than 10 minutes before the handle broke off, fortunatly not creating an injury to my hand or arm.

This is a scam company, DO NOT use them.

Ordered S70 Pro all in one home steamer from this company. I did research about the product and this was the only place selling that model. It arrived in an unbranded box, the steam nozzle on the main unit was broken and the instructions were in Russian! Despite numerous emails contacting BeeHomie requesting return/replacement didn't hear anything at all. I've wasted £70 and all that is to show for it is a box of plastic useless rubbish.

I ordered the so called power washer supposedly 60 bar runs off a battery that you charge, it wouldn’t even water the plants it just leaks no power and tacky lightweight battery, worthless piece of tat. Emails ignored I have sent 7 no refund just £50 short do not waste your money they are a bogus company and do not refund stay well clear if you don’t want to be scammed

Ordered a wood splitter attachment, came in no box as advertised and with no promotional book as advertised. No reply from company when emailed. Save your money and order same product from eBay for 1/4 of the price.

I have just received a pressure washer. Opened it up and was broken in half. It also looked as it it had been re- packed double labels on it. I've contacted my bank. I've emailed behommie with photos no reply. I was terrified when I had ordered them seen trustpilot but it's right. I waited from 4 to 19 for product. It looks incredibly cheap motvatvall like the adverts.

Ordered the M70 Cordless Pro Jet Washer having seen videos demonstrating it. It took 10 days to arrive. Online videos had shown the device being supplied in a hard plastic shell case. On arrival it was not in any type of case. It had been forced into a flimsy cardboard box, so much so that part of the washer stuck out thorough the cardboard. Everything seemed cheap and not what I was expecting. A major issue was that the charger was broken - the 'earth' pin had clearly sheared off in transit due to the shoddy packaging. The tel contact no supplied is unobtainable. I have requested a replacement device through the website. If I get one, I will update this review, although looking at the experiences of others I doubt I will hear from the company again. Feels like a scam - I am happy to be proved wrong.

Ordered a jet wash , paid £45 . It never arrived .
Sent ten emails , no reply , filled out the contact form five times and no reply .

Called the number and not in use !

I ordered the M70 Pro jet washer it arrived today in a battered box, took it outside to try it OMG It was not what I expected a cheap looking tacky jet washer only thing it will be good for is to wash the soap of the car. It wouldn't even remove the dirty from our mountain bikes or even bird droppings of the patio table. Definitely is not worth the £49 I paid my advise stay clear as its very mis represented on the page

This company is a scam ordered M70 PRO cordless jet washer and received a plastic version small and of no use. Their advert is very appealing please don’t be fooled, the number supplied does not exist

Zero customer service. I ordered two by mistake, tried to cancel. No reply. Both turned up so can’t fault that but also have no way to return one of them. No acknowledgment from customer service at all, in spite of several emails

Concerning the jet washer...Cheap rubbish import from a major asian manufacturer. Thin plastic body, Battery that will not charge. Incomprehensible assembly instructions, very weak jet wash power, arrived in torn packaging, took 2 weeks to turn up, now continually bombarded with beehomie's special offers. Your company is dishonest. You produce stunning marketing but the product is bad...very bad!!!!

Delivery was lenghty, but we expected as much.
Packaging in very poor condition on arrival.
Product seemed substandard so we decided to send back.
All instructions came in as expected to send item back, but since item was sent back there are no replies, nor acknowledgements to our refund requests, despite following return procedures to the letter.
Poor delivery, and sometimes even product quality can be less than expected, but no replies and no refunds as promised: that does appears very dishonest.
