Honestly whilst they worked it was really good, however within 4 months the GSM unit packed in. Tech support was good, up to the point they could not blame user error and found a ‘chip’ had exploded! With no way to resolve except replacing it, they went silent, like mind conversion!

I suspect that’s it, Pesa was helping me but then disappeared.

I would not recommend the system as its durability is just not good enough for its purpose and it’s too expensive to make it disposable.

Such a shame as I had hoped to use the system across all my hives.

The support is not optimal.
The tone of communication is commanding and unfriendly.
You end up in a vicious circle of sending photos and receiving support that you don't trust.
In principle, the product is interesting, but power failures occur too often.

Bad instruction manual. Devices are advertised as waterproof - but they aren't! User service non-existent. Warranty claims are generally rejected. The user is always blamed!

I have 4 scales and 4 hive hearts. They worked for about 3-4 months and then started having problems. You speak to the technical 'help' online and they just lead you round in circles. You take screenshot after screenshot, sometimes with absolutely no reason. I was taking a screenshot of the whole list of devices (and the actual one that was having issues at the time wasn't visible on the screen). I took a longer screenshot and they told me to stop doing things they hadn't asked for! They lie, manipulate and are just the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm a large amount of money out of pocket on gear that consistently fails to work and then they are totally useless at fixing.

I cannot advise you strongly enough to AVOID AVOID AVOID. Please dear god do not buy this equipment.

I have been a long-time customer since 1/23/2020 and purchase 2 hive hearts that work perfect with one scale, then I got a 3rd hive heart, since new it always having issues all the time. You have to take out the battery and reset the device for the Red App to see the device. I think after they upgraded their apps and change to a new chip set their product went down the tubes. Don't waste your money on buying their products. The owner or the technical person will give you the run around and you will lose your time and money.

Bought 2 Hive Hearts for Monitoring (Version with Bluetooth only). They are not working stable. After a couple of days, the are not reconized by the App (Red diag app) anymore. Only way is to remove the battery an the game starts over. Support useless with an anying KI - LLM (No real People) -> getting you into a loop for sending pictures for evaluation, remove battery ... blablabla... Email Request for sending the Hearts back for evalution was denied -> I should talk with support (loop again.) very annoying. The product idea is valueable but poorly executed. I cannot recommend the the product, as it is just not working...
