BeeFriendly let me down and I’m not alone
I loved one of BeeFriendly’s products and used it routinely for several years. But, the last time I ordered, they didn’t fulfill the order. As of today, 06/12/22, the status of my order placed on 03/13/21 still shows as “Unfulfilled”. For months, my attempts to contact the company (via email and phone) for an update or a refund were ignored. Yet, they continued to send me email promotions for their products.
Upon checking their Facebook page, I read comments from others who were experiencing the same issue with unfulfilled orders and lack of response to inquiries. No one from BeeFriendly was responding to these comments on their Facebook page, either, Fortunately for me, I had used PayPal to pay for my order and I was able to get reimbursed by PayPal after their attempts to contact BeeFriendly were also ignored. I could have forgiven a legitimate issue had there been ANY communication from them explaining their difficulties or at least giving some estimate of when they expected to ship. Their complete and continued failure to respond caused me to lose trust in this company.
