Skip Online Ordering!

We really enjoy dining in this restaurant. I am not pleased to give it a bad review. My wife is feeling unwell, so I decided to have a delivery. Through the Beef O’Brady app, I ordered a meal for myself. I Chose 6PM and my choices. At 4:45, I received a call from Door Dash. Explicitly, directed the person “6PM” (see photo). 5:15 doorbell. ??? Sure enough my 6 PM Meal. I questioned the driver, he shrugged his shoulders (no english)! I called to complain. Spoke with Jeff a manager. “Hey, it’s not my mistake, you need to contact Door Dash!” The ticket stapled to the O’Brady bag (see photo) clearly states 6PM! How is it not Beef O’Brady’s mistake. Pass the Buck, not my fault! B. S. O’Brady app. O’brady name!!! They have lost a good customer! BTW Wings were not crispy! What if I wasn’t home? Poor service!

Bad food and service

This chain of restaurants has gone downhill to the point of inedible food and poor service. After 10 years going there I’ve seen the changes. It’s terrible.
