They another rip off deliver service pack of ciggy £22 total rip off where they only £10.80 that a total over payment rip of scammers. I think the government needs to stop these cowboys ripping the British public off don't use these people

Never turn up

First time I have used and it will not be the last. From start to finish all went smoothly. Very happy indeed.

Useless company based on crowd sourcing do me a favour. Never use them. No drivers available and is a delivery company. What!!!

A ridiculous excuse for a company that cannot serve its purpose I placed an order for £30. In total. Two hours passed by and still no delivery, I rang their Customer Services department (a contradiction in terms),to be told that there may be no drivers in the area! I explained that when I placed the order there were five drivers close by, only to be informed that they may have their app switched on but that does not necessarily mean that they are working!

I explained that due to ill health I had not been outside of my home for just over two years and relied on home deliveries. The Customer Services representative stated that she would offer them more money to complete the job.

Another half hour passed by and I received a message that my order was cancelled!

Will definitely not use again or recommend.

I saw this advertised on TV and thought what a great idea. That’s all it is an idea that doesn’t work.
Twice I’ve placed orders at different times of the day and twice no drivers.
It’s completely useless and a waste of time trying to using.
Stick with the likes of deliveroo.

Needed a quick delivery for a missed birthday 200 miles away, seemed the ideal and reasonable solution (a couple of packs of beer for a good friend).
No drivers available in the middle of Exeter so no delivery and order automatically cancelled after 3 hours
Very disappointing. The idea and site seems good but no delivery drivers.
Will try again when time is not so important as I assume these are teething problems, which must get sorted. If not, I cant see this company surviving

Useless! Happy to take my payment for items, said would be with me within an hour. After 3 hours, they cancelled my ordered as they don't have drivers in my area, nearest one on their map was a distance away and upto 60 miles for the other! Would not bother, wasted time and missed out on delivery slots from more reliable suppliers. If the company cannot deliver, they should not take payment and make false promises. No customer services either!! Style over substance.

After wasting 1/2 an hour selecting goods, and living in the middle of London, no drivers available. This is completely useless, avoid is my advice.

This is the worst delivery service I have ever had. Ordered 4 hours ago and still not arrived. You cant contact them direct. Terrible service DO NOT USE THEM

Stay away from this company i paid 34 pound for two box's of cider they turned up with 3 bottles and the driver said they will refund the missing items and they didn't and the driver said he delivered 2 boxs when he didn't no refund was given bunch of liars.

Excellent speedy service, delivered by a delightful young lady.

Exceptional service! My delivery arrived 5 minutes after I had placed my order. What else could I ask for on a Sunday morning at 9:00 during the lockdown.
A special thank you for the delivery person who brought my order this morning in Rodbourne, Swindon. He was nice, polite and respected all the sanitary instructions. Well done to him!

Really pleased with the service, I received, they couldn't find a driver at first but persevered and then by magic the driver arrived with my order, there were a couple of substitutes but all good. All this in the space of less than 2 hours. Very happy to use again.
