Great customer service and good selection of ebikes, but lots of bike maintenance involved.

Overall, I am very happy with Bee Cool Bikes. They have great email customer service and respond very quickly, especially Olive and Vicky. They are always so nice. I really like the red Bee Ranger ebike that I purchased from them back around July of 2024. It was expensive, but has the following features: Has a very comfortable saddle seat; comes with a great display that shows the mph, distance, odometer, travel time, travel distance and more; has a horn; has a headlight & taillight; has a turning signal; has 5 various pedal-assist settings; has 7-speed Shimano shifter; travels up to 36 mph.

What I don't like is the lack of tire tread. Their tires are more prone to get flats. I prefer tire tread like my mountain bike and cars have. I also don't like how lots of accessories I ordered were shipped from China and took sometimes a month to be delivered. I also have had to replace the motor, bleed the brakes, replace the controller and patch tire tubes of punctures about 12 times over the last couple of years.

Had bike problems from day one

Had bike problems from day one. Sent videos, dozens of text, replaced 3 controllers, FaceTime with China. I could not get a refund. This went on for 5 months. Got credit card involved and they relented to except return. I hand delivered bike in Orlando. I still don’t have a refund. Many more details but I’ve wasted enough time.

Terrible company to communicate with

Terrible company to communicate with. They say one thing and do another and misinformation about shipping and promos. I see their Facebook owners' group has nonstop complaints of factory damaged bikes, bikes never shipped as promised, and terrible customer support.
