Installation was a nightmare due to drainage obstructions, was finally completed after 3 attempts.
The service is great though, so 4 stars rather than 5 due to the installation mess about.

Internet only works in the room where router is even though I bought a booster as recommend unable to use WiFi upstairs and buffers a lot downstairs too.

Connection and service has been great, and fast. However the range on the router is a bit short and won't reach the garage. Also we where promised a £75 gift vouch when we signed and have still not recived it. Overall the service is good and great value for money.
They are doing isp throttling. Can not use ip tv. They will limitate your speed for any kind of streaming. I will go back to toob asap.
The customer service is great, the response time is really quick, which you don't get with most other providers. The issue I have is the internet quality and speed. I have had to use my mobile data while at home because it is a lot faster and more reliable than my broadband. I paid for 350mbps download speed with my last provider and that was a lot faster than what I'm getting now, even though I'm paying for a lot more speed now. I can't help but think that the company knows this, hence the offer for a WiFi booster. This doesn't solve my problem as I would still have to pay more for a booster. Not satisfied with this provider and would not recommend. It's a shame I'm tied in to a contract.
Installed quick
Nice workers

The internet is not that good and I paid to much money for it and it doesn’t work that well it keeps cutting out
Was told they wouldnt even have to send an engineer out, just a simple switch, 4 months later a BT engineer comes out to sort it, meaning i got charged from my previous ISP for non-return of their router, since bee buu didnt send 1 untill the day before installation. Awfull misleading sales people.

I have been with BeeBu now for over 6 months. In that time I have had no problems what so ever. The price is a lot cheaper than my old deal with KCom and I get more data. We sometimes have 4 different devices streaming in different parts of the house and I am yet to have a single issue. I would 100% recommend making the switch, it was simple and the customer service was great.

My experience since subscribing has been highly satisfactory. The broadband service provides exceptional upload and download speeds. Low latency has consistently ensured optimal performance for the two gamers in my household. I utilize the connection for business purposes, including numerous Teams calls and the transfer of software builds. I have experienced no dropped calls and no bandwidth conflicts when using the service concurrently with the gamers. The deciding factors in my choice were the speed and the 50% cost reduction compared to my previous ISP.
