Having struggled to create a nice fluid excel template that worked for me,
I asked for assistance in making a bee-spoked version that I could easily enter my incomings in categories a tally of those expenses as a category and as a whole of all categories.
Bee configured everything swiftly and it’s going to make my life so much easier forming my monthly accounts.
Not only that she’s helped me with realising there’s setting in free agent to apply to also help categorise my expenses better.
She’s given me time!
Time is a critical factor in any project and relieving me of the stressful burdens I normally face in calculating these fingers on an iPhone.
Omg I honestly never realised how much time I was wasting.
I think I will save a few hours of stress every month.

Bee offered to help me by delegating some of my business tasks to her as I was feeling seriously overwhelmed and desperately frustrated having failed miserably to continue with my 'usual business hours' around my four Neurodivergent children in lockdown. 12, 500 families rely on me and it was causing me so much stress being unable to get important tasks done on time.

We spoke on the phone, and then met on Zoom so we could go through my 3 A4 page monster task list. We talked through all of them, prioritised the key tasks and agreed which tasks Bee would complete for me and which I would do myself - Job done! - Off she went and I honestly cannot tell you how impressed and deeply grateful I am for her help. She is absolutely incredible!

I slept so much better last night knowing that our business, despite the current challenges associated with Covid-19 is moving swiftly, onward and upward whilst continuing to meet the needs of our vulnerable families who rely on us for support.
