Horrible mattress quality with bad chemicals that are off-gassing. They do not respond to customer inquiries. Unethical, and no way to return the mattress as they do not respond.

Scammers!
I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Service and shipping good, product not so much
Service and shipping was all good, however the product doesn't offer any support. Would start out in the evening feeling comfortable, but after a couple of hours from my shoulders to hips the topper compressed to a half inch thickness, and felt like I was laying on the floor. Didn't have the body cradling feeling I was hoping for. Am 6' and 200lbs, and this happened after about 3 weeks. Product also made in china. Would not recommend.

I have tried every possible avenue to get in touch with this company and no one has responded to me. The automated emails I got did not even have links to be able to track my order. I still have not recieved it and I have no idea if I ever will or how to find out. If I do not recieve it soon I will be figuring out how to file a claim against this scam of a company!!!!!!!!!

The order confirmation showed the wrong product was ordered. I sent three different emails pointing this out and received no response about how this could be fixed. The charge went through the day after the order but a month later we still have not received the mattress pad or any response to our emails.

Bedstory is one few beds…
Bedstory is one of the few beds I can sleep in with my bad back, that is also available to order online in a box. Super convenient and worth the price. Fast shipping and delivery. There was an exception during shipping but it was shown in tracking exactly what was going on.

No one respond to any of my messages after purchase. Despite receiving queen instead of king did not give any instructions on return. Try to call them before purchasing, no one is going to respond.
