quality far lower than advertised
I purchased a bed and mattress as part of a deal. Upon opening the first box of the bed, I immediately noticed the poor quality of the bed/wooden parts. I repacked the box straight away and requested a refund along with a free return of the entire order. I’m currently awaiting a response, but I feel it’s important to warn others that, in my experience, the product quality is far below what’s advertised.

Wow First Class Service
Wow, the best service from start to finish, I ordered a bed at the end of last week and was sceptical of this turning up on time today as you hear so many stories about deliveries for large items, but I was kept informed by email about my order and delivery I was given a time slot of between two hours for the delivery and was then txt messaged with updates, then had a call from the lovely Danny the driver to say he was 2 mins away, he could see I was disabled and went above and beyond to place the boxes where I needed them, he was kind friendly polite and really looked to enjoy his job, what an absolute credit to the company. We need Bedstar to run the country they are so organised. I haven't put the bed up yet but looking forward to it. I will certainly be recommending them on Facebook and will use them again.
