Fraudulent store!!!!!! Beware!! It's been more than two months since I placed the order and these guys didn't even have the curtesy to respond. All the beds on their website are fakes and they don't even have the decency to provide an update regarding my purchase. Don't waste your hard earned money on these people absolutely do not buy your beds from Beds india !!!!!!!!!!!!

We would like to clarify that no photos on our website are fake. Every product shown is either manufactured by us or delivered to real customers. We are a core manufacturer and deliver close to 1,000 orders every month. While the vast majority are completed smoothly, in rare cases delays can happen especially when customization or mechanism changes are involved, as in your case.
As discussed earlier, the requested change in mechanism required additional manufacturing time, which led to the delay. However, we never ignored your calls or messages, and we ensured the order was completed with delivery and installation at the agreed price something that would have been difficult even with many local vendors.
We truly appreciate that once delivered, you acknowledged the quality and finishing of the bed. That means a lot to us.
We also humbly request reconsideration of the term “fraudulent store.” We understand the review may have been written out of frustration, but we take immense pride in our brand, our manufacturing process, and the trust thousands of customers place in us.
