I received the wrong mattress
I received the wrong mattress. I tried two different ones and got the soft mattress. I didn't want springs it had to be light so I can tuck sheet and blankets in and SOFT. What I got delivered was a heavy bed so no making the bed, and hard so I wake feeling bruised, and yes it has spring. But the real kick in the pants is, it's not NZ made.

When you visited our store for the first time, there was no mention of a preference for a foam mattress, or a New Zealand Made required. Our sales consultant provided all relevant information on the mattress which you liked, to which you agreed. You wanted the floor model on an “as is” basis, which is why we provided it to you.
We always strive to provide the best service to our customers and have tried our utmost to assist you. Unfortunately, On your second visit, you declined to wait the two weeks needed for a new soft mattress to be made, as we had discussed on 8th of July.
We value your business and regret any inconvenience caused. Please reach out to us directly if there's anything further we can do to assist you.

A great shopping experience
The salesman was knowledgeable of styles of bed that would suit us, and considerate of my husbands needs as a result of PTSD. A week later I purchased two dressers online and that experience was good also.
The delivery men rate a mention also. They were pleasant and efficient.
All in all a great shopping experience.

BEDS 4 U is incredible and makes buying beds so easy!
I found BEDS 4 U incredibly helpful and they made the process of buying a bed so easy. I was buying remotely and had specific questions about slat thickness. I had photos and dimensions with me in 30 mins. Arranging the order, payment and pick up could not have been easier!
