Good product and relatively fast with delivery. The bed was expensive. The delivery person did not take away the boxes that bed came in and said no room in truck for this and that they never take the boxes away.

Helpful advice. Great communication. Great service. Great business.

The service was great, with conscientious above-and-beyond queries made for our convenience. The product was great quality and excellent value, though exactly the same bed, it was $100 cheaper than on Temple & Webster's website (who screwed us around no end, I might add) - and the availability was as promised with a smooth and efficient pickup process for our assembly guy.

Couldn't fault these guys, so 5 stars.

I loved the bed. Unfortunately it was damaged on the back panel as the holes were drilled to deep to the outside of frame so some wood came off as soon as the screws were put in and we had to put puffy in it and will have to touch it up with white paint Other than that the design was beautiful and it looks amazing and girly.

Furniture arrived quickly and looked fantastic and looked like it was made with quality materials. When it was made, it looked fantastic. We have a few more pieces to add to our collection yet.

Some of the holes hadn’t been drilled into a plank. I had to buy a drill and complete the carpentry work myself before the bed could be built.

I eventually heard back from Glen who made things right by covering the cost of the drill and my time.

The craftsmanship of the bed frame had issues but I can’t fault their customer service.

You told me a rough delivery date prior to purchase then a completely different date after payment. My boy received his bed weeks and weeks after his birthday and you no longer replied to emails when I tried to track / chase up. Such poor service which is a shame as I would have purchased more matching items.

We purchased the “fire engine bed” for our grandson. Christine was very friendly and helpful during quote and ordering and the bed arrived sooner than expected. When a “headlight” stopped working they quickly sent a replacement. The bed is good quality and a hit with our grandson, but it was not easy to assemble.
