AVOID, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a mattress on 2nd August, Klarna bank gave them full payment on 8th August 5-7 days delivery. Today is 23rd August and nothing. They do not answer the phone when you ring the number it is unattended and the messages are full and will take no more! e-mails are just simply ignored!
I have asked Klarna bank to step in and help get my money back as they gave them my money before the mattress was dispatched. Being told by them that I have to wait at least 30 days and they keep telling me to contact the store even though I have told them many times that contact with this store is IMPOSSIBLE!
If you need a bed or mattress go anywhere but this store they are appalling!

Stay clear of this company

Before I start my review I want to add that I have purchased two bed from them first one wit hun no problems at all. The second one on the other hand came marked on the headboard, marked on the side.
After cleaning both marks one came off and the other didn’t.
My niece is 7 stone and on her first use of the bed the base broke. I emailed them straight away to be told it’s only the cardboard on the base that dented. I must add I paid nearly £400 for this bed.
So upon emailing them they said they would replace the base and offered me a £50 maximum discount, which is useless as I’m not buying another bed. So I was back and forward with emails for over a week, to be told the courier would be coming in 5-7 days to replace the bed that was nearly two weeks ago, after getting frustrated on email as they couldn’t tell me when the courier was coming. So they just wanted me to wait in everyday all day for next 5-7 days LOL. That’s great customer service that. So I haven’t heard anything from there last email after saying this which was the 08/07/21 then got an email this morning saying courier will be bringing new headboard, sides and base. When that wasn’t discussed and if this was the case then why not replace the whole bed? Bit stupid if you ask me. Stay clear of this company if you want extremely poor customer service if you get a bed and there’s a problem they drag there feet and are quite clearly not interested in helping. Won’t never purchase from them again :)
