Ordered a Livorno Linear Bed in Plush white on 15/04/2022 asked for an update via email and telephone on the progress on 20/04/22 and received nothing back.
Bed arrived Monday 25th April 2022 in an awful condition.
The bed is absolutely filthy and I refuse to believe it’s a new bed.
It has a lot of DIRT, BLACK MARKS, SHOE PRINTS & WRITING ON THE WHITE BED that doesn't come out with some scrubbing.
Called through the company 30+ times on various lines - NO ANSWER, Direct messaged them on instagram - NO RESPONSE, Emailed them - 1 RESPONSE OUT OF 10 EMAIL giving no resolutions.
I've been scammed and decieved and suggestion you do not become a victim too by taking your money elsewhere.
01/03/2023- still have not received a resolution from the company and was told to F off by the manager. In a legal process.
Almost there
Disappointed, ordered a bed at the end of January, they then sent an email saying there was a delay and would be here on 8th March, which I accepted. Emailed Monday to ask when it was coming, no reply, and today I had to call and they told me it is now the 22nd March. Got an update today 23rd March that the bed is in stock and will be emailed with tracking.
