I wanted to write a review due to a lot of negative comments. I will say a lot of people may have had a negative experience due to COVID. An order was placed a week ago, I emailed explaining the situation and that the order needed to be canceled, within a couple days they responded asking for the reason of the order cancellation. Two days later I received an email from PayPal stating a refund had been issued. I just wanted to leave a comment stating that it may take at least 48Hour to hear from them (they are in a different time zone I believe) but they will contact you and handle your order. Thank you Bedding Inn greatly appreciate it.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a hoodie April 11th, 2020 and still have recieved nothing! And they have now blocked me out of sending messages or emails. I want my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I ordered some car seats and did not receive a confirmation email. I have been reaching out via email and phone calls but no response. I want a full refund. My order number is 703363

My curtains looked nothing like the picture. Peacock feather sheers. Sheers are not white, there is no bright colors like the photo. Very deceptive.I asked for return address and how to return. They offered $15 off my $180 order if i would keep them. It took days for replies in between emails. Still just offering the $15. They wanted a picture of them hanging to see they were nothing like the photos. Then they were used... horrible customer service. Weeks now issue has not been resolved. Not happy with my curtains or the service.

This has been an awful experience! I want a full refund. You guys just stole cash from me and it was a large amount of it! Send the item or give my money back. Or I’ll need to get authority involved. I have all the information on my order so I know you guys got my money.

Horrible company they took my money and i have been waiting over 3 months and now its saying my order is invalid!!v do not order from this scam overseas!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Total SCAM, they took $122.00 from me and never sent a confirmation email or a receipt. Will not help me without the order #, I am so upset, I am a single Mom and live on a budget! I am trying to contact them and they keep asking for a order#. BEWARE! PLEASE DONT TRUST THEM, I HAVE A LAWYER NOW AND WILL EXPOSE THEM, I WILL POST DAILY IF I NEED TO!

I seem to be having the same experience as everyone else..paid $256.60 for seat covers. Said they were sold out.....has emailed me to order something else but no way to claim a credit towards the new seat covers. Can’t locate a way to reach them except by email that’s is answered but doesn’t address issues I emailed them about. My credit card has already paid.....I’ll have to pursue some action through the credit card company. Which my experience with something else with capital one was hopeless for positive results.....nothing but the run-around.......where’s the ethics for some companies. Oh, there is none I sent them the order number...I never give up hope no matter how hopeless!!

HAVE WRITTEN MULTIPLE EMAILS TO THIS FRAUD WEBSITE TO CANCEL MY ORDER! SINCE IT LOOK LIKE YOU READ YOUR BAD REVIEWS BEFORE YOUR OWN COMPANY EMAILS HERE IS MY ORDER NUMBER: Order NO.704633. I PUT OUT A CLAIM ON PAYPAL AND WILL BE CALLING MY BANK TO PUT IN A CLAIM AS WELL. YOU CANT PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY LIKE THAT. AGAIN ORDER NUMBER IS NO.704633. WE ARE STILL WITHIN 24HOURS, THERE SHOULD BE NO EXCUSE. I NEED THE ORDER CANCELLED AND MY FULLLLLLLLLL REFUND.

I ordered from this site on May 2nd and I still haven't heard anything back about my car mats. I've sent multiple emails and have yet to get a response from them this is ridiculous the customer service here is hot garbage

I ordered custom car matts and seat covers over 2 months ago!! Never got a confirmation email and still have not received them! Can't find a customer service number or email!! 540 dollars down the drain!!!!

Never received a confirmation email from them when I first ordered which was an obvious red flag. I sent emails with no response what so ever. Now I’m taking further action with PayPal to dispute the charges. Do not purchase anything from them!

I placed the order on May 20, did not get the confirmation of order.
I sent so many emails regarding my order status apparently the customer service
never reply. I'll contact the paypal to disputes the order.

Never received my order been waiting for a month. Can't find a customer service number. Once I get my money or my order I'll never shop we them!!!! They haven't even sent me an updated on the order.

I paid 130 and some change on some seat covers back on 5/13/2020 I've emailed them and still nothing I would never order from them again there RIP offs

Ordered car seats back in March and never received them so I had to file a dispute with PayPal and get my money back. Do not purchase from them ever

I need to have some information from Bedding in and they will not email me back how can I get in touch with them? this has became frustrating for my order..

I ordered $129.53 product on 5.9.20 and still haven't received it. I sent a communications to the company with no reply. This is horrible customer service. I will hopefully be able to have my bank refund the charges. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

My husband ordered a set of seat covers for our mustang May 5, 2020 and then I get email telling that the ones I picked wont fit So I ask for a refund and sent numerous Emails and still no Refund or an answer back I even called and no one answer.
