Excellent quality. Pillow came in a quilted protective zip up cover. No crackly feathers. Will be ordering one for myself now as husband tried it and loved it. Also the pillow did not smell of feathers. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Excellent website
Excellent website, very responsive staff and really lovely products only let down by the fact that the 800 thread (and they assured me it's a true thread count rather than two-ply) fitted sheet (I've always bought flat sheets before) shrank, despite me following the washing instructions to the letter. On the positive side, it just about fitted with a bit of a stretch, and obviated any need to iron the thing!!!
