I recently had a problem with bedbugs after returning from a short trip in Europe. I contacted Bedbugs gone and within 48 hours I had there specialist team out to conduct a Heat Treatment to my property. This was done just over 6 weeks ago now and I have had no problems since. Great service received had couple of treatments done to eradicate bedbugs.
They did explain we had a 3 month guarantee and they promised the treatment would work in which it did. It’s now been couple of months with no more nightmares or being bitten every night. Thanks Again Would highly recommend.

What more can I ask for- I had a heat treatment for bedbugs and they were gone! We had had a couple of chemical treatments before which didn’t work so opted for the heat this time and at last my wife is happy, impossible I hear you say, but no, now the little ‘bug’gers are gone, we can sleep in peace...unless the kids come in- don’t suppose you have any treatment for kids do you?!

Grateful to know that the wasp nest is dead and no longer in use and nor will it be. The specialist that attended was efficient, polite, professional and gave us a full explanation. Also informing us that at some stage there had been rats, but again no more. There was no sign of bees, even though we have been experiencing queens looking to start a nest around the attic door. We were assured that there would be a nest about the size of a golf ball had any of them been successful. Had the final bill taken into consideration that no treatment was necessary and ended at say £50-70 I would have given a 5 star rating and been in no hesitation in calling your company for a future call-out should the need arise.

I originally wrote an unfair review for this company as I believed I wasn’t getting a good enough service. Since then I could not be more wrong, the manager has so far looked after us very well and has sorted us out with another heat treatment as soon as he could fit us in, which over the festive period I appreciate was a big ask. We are hoping this has got rid of the bugs but only time will tell but so far I feel in safe hands. A good competitive price agains other pest control companies too. Great service so far, thank you.

I was horrified when my tenant said her holiday luggage had infected my property... First treatment was not effective... But, as they promised, they came back free of charge and the second visit eliminated the problem..

Their guarantee to keep returning until the problem is eliminated (with no extra fee) .. shows their confidence in their effectiveness... A confidence that is justified... Fee is reasonable too...

Bought a small item from them through ebay. They then took it upon themselves to pester me for weeks afterwards through, eBay, email and even rang me at work offering their services.

Company came when they said, agent very polite and I’m happy with work

They didn't respond to website enquiry so I had to phone. Technician arrived as arranged and was polite, efficient, and a clean and tidy worker. He advised calling the office in a few days to arrange for removal of the now- defunct wasp nest. But head office said it was best to leave the nest on situ. Confusing advice but the eradication does seem to have worked.

They have very long time slots (7am to 1pm). It means I have to get up early in case they come early, but know they may not come until lunch time.

They charge you £100 if you alter your appointment at short notice, but they can alter their appointment at no notice themselves. This happened to me.

From start to Finnish the service was impeccable and the customer service was flawless I can't fault you on anything you arrived on time did what you said you were going to do and got rid of my bed bugs thank you so much I can finally sleep at night with out panic and frustration you have lifted a massive weight off my shoulders thankyou so much for your service

Everyone we spoke to were very polite and efficient in dealing with our questions. On the day your empolyee was very engaging in answering our questions and efficient with his work. He explained his findings and what we had to do afterwards to make the treatment more effective. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
