Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a custom-made bed after clearly requesting a light warm grey colour based on the photos and videos provided. The bed delivered is a brown colour.

The bed also has sharp edges around the frame that scratch your hands when changing the bed sheets.

When I reported the issue, I was told to pay AED 400 to change the fabric. I then spent days calling, messaging, and emailing to speak with a manager, but I was completely ignored.

I have now filed complaints with the relevant authorities.
