Unauthorised transactions on our bank account. Never subscribed or purchased anything.

Started with one transaction of $5 Australian, then two transactions for per month for $89 each for about 4 months. Last amount was $17.80. Total AUD 645.80.

Have raised the issue as fraud with our bank.

Just a shoutout to their support team - any issue, big or small, they're on it. Really makes the whole learning process smooth.

read the fine print, they are not only going to take your $5 they are also going to charge you a "subscription fee" every 14 days.

In Australia it's $89 every 14 days !

Beware scammers . Same as other people I did not authorise any subscription. They are in Scamwatch list! I was offered a coupon for travel goods after a survey, that later I found out was fake. They tried immediately consecutively withdrawing $44.50. They tried hacking into account but got declined x 3 days in a row. I never authorised or saw any T&C. Their helpline email and response are fake and very unprofessional. Made out I subscribed to membership.

The trial period for the GOLD plan was enough for me to decide to continue.
