Will never order from here again never received my order and cannot get a hold of anyone to see where it is, leaving me stuck this side of Christmas its a total desgrace

Ordered a dress on the 9th of April, received an email on the 19th to say they were processing my order, emailed, no reply, called line goes dead, messaged on Facebook and got it's out for delivery, I am now blocked on Facebook and still have not received my order, its now the 3rd of May 2022, time to contact my bank and get my money back I think, do not use beckys boutique or beckys dresses

Item came 3 weeks late. The quality is shocking ! Do not shop here !!!!

I'd bought a beautiful dress from beckys boutique last year costing £70, when it arrived it was cheaply made and badly fitting. I sent it back with the right paperwork to exchange it for a cheaper dress not wanting the cost difference returned. Weeks went by, I didn't receive either my dress or a refund, and after them ignoring 6 months of emails, texts and social media messages I have given up wanting my money back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I bought a white dress and it looked nothing like the picture when arrived. The quality was poor and tacky and it came with a black mark like some trampled on it. I then returned it by tracked service. The item has been delivered but no refund given. I have tried contacting the company but got nothing. The phone numbers are not in use and they don't reply to emails. I will never order from this company again. If you don't want to lose money then don't order from this Company, its not worth it. AVOID

Do not order from these they are awful. I ordered 4 dresses with NDD. Only three dresses arrived 3 days later but I was charged for all 4 and next day delivery. The dresses were terribly poor quality and looked nothing like their photos. I informed them about the missing dress and they told me to return my order with a note inside. I did this the same day. That was on the 27th of July and I still have not received my money. 12 messages in total have been sent via different platforms and they responded to 2 saying they are processing a refund. I have today had to dispute the transaction with my bank as they aren't even responding to me anymore. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I was sent the total wrong order (it wasn't even the dress I ordered) and nearly 2 months later, I am yet to receive my refund. My emails have now been blocked, and they wont reply to my insta messages either, yet continue to post new items every day

Their clothes never disappoint & always of the best quality!I contacted them to help with my shipping as it needs minimum 4 business days to get to Australia and i needed it in 2. I was so lucky to receive it in time! the staff were very responsive and kind! Always my go to shop for outfits!

Ordered a dress before Christmas for my works Christmas do, They said it was out of stock so I emailed them saying don't send it and give me a refund as it would not arrive in time. They sent it anyway a week later although I had paid for next day delivery! I have emailed 3 times trying to get a refund it also cost me money to send the dress back! I am absolutely fuming! I didn't read the reviews unfortunately or I wouldn't have ordered, Just hope I eventually get my money back!!

Dress returned as it arrived 2 weeks late, no refund issued after multiple contact attempts!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Do not order from here, I ordered my birthday dress from here which wasn’t cheap, to then be told the next day delivery id paid for wasn’t available and received no refund for the £6 then got told it would be with me in the next 2-7 days ( also wasn’t) & when I messaged to see if a bodysuit came with the dress or if it was see through that they’d send one with it —- meaning 5 days after I’d ordered it they still hadn’t sent it off! Ignoring all my messages really poor customer service and expect my money back such a shame as the dress was perfect on site :(

Ordered a dress for my birthday before the 16 of May 2018 , didn’t receive my item . Phoned them several times n they try to say they have delivered it meanwhile the courier said no item has been sent . A week later they decided to send my item when I already paid for next day delivery. Wrong size n looked cheap n nothing like the picture at all . Fraud !!! Please avoid

Do not use this website unless you intend to keep the product! Still waiting on refund, no reply to emai, mobile number, 0333 number on website, or by DM sent on instagram. My next step is to contact my bank to find out if I can claim my money back through them.

Orderd two items that when arrived did not look like the pictures and smelt like damp and must. Sent them back recorded delivery which cost me £10. To then be sent an email saying I had never put the returns form in by an automated email that clearly is wrote to everyone. When I know that’s the most important part of when returning something is the actual form and I 100 per cent put it in with the correct information on it. I sent the company 3 emails. Which still I haven’t been replided too. They have had my returns over 3 week now n still nothing. It seems the only way of contacting this company is by instagram. I’m really upset by this company as my order is over £100 and it took them a day to take the money but for some strange reason they don’t want to return it! If they are having money problems they need to realise that so are the people who buy off them. I advise people to becareful when buying from here. As it’s upseting chasing your own money and being ignored. There clearly not arsed how they treat there customers and should be ashamed.

Would never use again. Ordered two dresses both size 8 sent me two dresses one tiny and one massive both with sizes cut off tag. Sent back and told me theyd send a replacement.. sent same one back to me and one wrong dress. Ordered rose gold and sent normal gold then 3rd time i ended up making do as i did nothing but argue. Will never buy again and have two dresses now ive never worn as they ignored me after that. Just want ur money x

They use other companys pics and photo shop them as if they was theirs. When i noticed and commented they blocked me lol their quality of clothing will never be anyting like house of cb

Ordered a dress had received no dress but money had been taken from my bank account, emailed them and they said dress was out of stock? i questioned why they would take money from account then! After 3 weeks i received refund of dress but no refund of delivery? the dress was not delivered! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT GO NEAR!

Don't even deserve 1 star absolutely disgusting!
Not sure how they are even still in business with such poor customer service and so many mistakes!
Placed an order and just like many others have said they sent me out the wrong size however I had to pay for the return and a month later still haven't had anything on my exchange!!
I think the director should have a serious think about what sort of dysfunctional, failing company they are running.
