Debbie was so helpful in all aspects of my bathroom transformation. Her experience is first rate. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Beccles Bathroom and Tile Centre. They have a huge range of products and their showroom is brilliant. They organised all the different trades needed so there was no delays.

Excellent service from start to finish from Sharon and her colleagues.
Our whole process went very smoothly and we particularly liked buying from from a local supplier, we had a few hiccups along the way which were easily resolved. I would recommend the Beccles Bathroom and Tile Centre any day

Had a new floor fitted in the bathroom, and we were very pleased with the result.

I’ve spent the last 5 years refurbishing my house and every time have gone back to Beccles Tile centre for floor and walls tiles. They have such a vast selection and I’ve always found what I wanted. Helpful staff in the shop and warehouse. Sam is exceptionally friendly and nothing is too much trouble. He delivered our tiles today and took care. I would thoroughly recommend them for that individual feel of quality tiles. A+

Having decided to have a new bathroom ,we went to
Beccles Tile & Bathroom Centre to see what help we could get, with regards how to get ideas and what was the best way to go with space we had. We paid a visit to the centre and met with the Sales Manager Debbie Hubbard who advised us with ideas , she also supplied us with details of what was available ,we were so satisfied with the service she gave us regarding supplying what was needed and helping us design our new bathroom . I would highly recommend them .

Just had the hallway tiled in ceramic Victorian-style tiles. Quite a big job and investment. A great experience from start to finish The hallway looks stunning and was completed on schedule by a specialist tiler, David, who worked extremely hard to get every detail right. I wanted my en-suite updated using shower panels. Debbie sat with me, got an idea of my needs, researched everything, problem solved and project managed it all. She co-ordinated the plumber, electrician and flooring people and provided a schedule of works. The room was checked and measured and I was given clear advice and options. I felt that everything was under control and John the plumber explained everything he was doing. It was professional and there were no problems whatsoever, as a company they could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend

I would recommend this business as they have a fantastic range of products and give exceptional customer service. My parents and I have both used them for complete bathroom renovations and their (in our case Debbie) project management of the entire process is exemplary. If you are looking for a business who can offer you a full range of products and really cares about customer service you will not find anyone better.

This is the first time we have used Beccles Tile & Bathroom Centre, for the tiling of a recently built conservatory floor.
The quality of the concrete floor left by the building contractor was not great! However, the tiler managed to turn a 'pig's ear' into a 'silk purse' - a great job well done. We now love our tiled floor.

We spent probably +20k renovating a bathroom, adding a steam room and floors around the kitchen. Sharon provided expert advice at every stage and kept us informed of changes or any delays.
The finished product is 5* hotel quality…great Job and thanks.

Our experience with Beccles Tile & Bathroom Centre started 5 months ago when we visited their showroom wanting a new bathroom suite.
We hadn’t booked an appointment but saw Sharon at her desk, who was immediately accommodating and gave my husband and myself a tour of the showroom and what they could offer. We chose what we liked and received a competitive quote. We also needed the suite fitted but unfortunately their fitters were fully booked when we needed (as we had exact dates we wanted the work carried out), however Sharon kindly gave two recommendations for local workmen, one of which we eventually used.
After much toing and froing on our part, such as changing tap designs and adding bathroom cabinets, we finalised the order. Sharon did her upmost to source the best, but most competitively priced items for us that matched our brushed brass theme.
She could not have been more helpful with delivery dates.
On receipt of the items, everything was present and in pristine condition.
I would most certainly recommend Beccles Tile & Bathroom Centre, because our experience was faultless and they went above and beyond to answer emails promptly, be available on impromptu showroom visits and provide perfect products.

We've used Beccles Tile & Bathroom centre for two significant bathroom projects in recent years. They are really knowledgeable, friendly, and carry a wide range of interesting stock. Tiles and bathroom equipment are well displayed. We were able to agree a good package price across all of our orders and we felt that the staff went out of their way to put together a good selection that would work for us. Highly recommended.
