Terrible customer service ! I used to be a repeated customer and usually ordered nearly 100 euros worth of stuff. On my last order, they sent me some random flavored protein powder instead of the one i ordered. I sent repeated emails and no reply. No one picks up the call too.
I wish I saw the reviews before I ordered. Placed an order for 7 items on 11 May 2024. On 16 May, the items were delivered after several follow up messages. 6 of the items delivered were expired. One expired in January 2024 and the rest in March 2024. Why would any reliable business deliver expired products to customers? To make things worse, I have to pay to return the expired items. Never again!
