I ordered matching dresses for me and my daughter. Unfortunately, the quality of the dresses that arrived were not like those shown on the website. They were ordered on 24 November, but didn't arrive until a few days after Christmas.
When I complained about the quality of what arrived, and asked to return the dresses, as per their 30 day refund policy, I was told that the cost of return was very expensive and long. I asked for a quote twice, but didn't receive a cost.
They repeatedly suggested a partial refund as compensation. The dresses were around 60 GBP together. The 'compensation partial refund' offered was 3 GBP per dress, so 6 GBP in total. After some thought, and still no response to the request for a return shipping quote, and I'm still waiting on that hefty 6 GBP refund.
I gave them 2 stars. 1 star as the product- albeit poor quality and late- arrived. And another star because their customer service team actually responded.

I ordered the adorable Mushroom Mom&Me jacket for a friend. On the website it looks like it’s true embroidery. The product photo shows depth and shadow and the buttons are alternating colors. A gorgeous piece for sure and it was on clearance - too good to be true!

Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. The jacket I received was like a parody of the original. No embroidery, just printed onto the jacket (made of cheap feeling fabric) and the buttons are all the same silver press-in buttons. Print wouldn’t be terrible if it was done right, but it’s even lacking in clarity and the colors don’t match the photo and are extremely muddled. I get there can be some discrepancy due to monitor and screen differences but I have all three of my monitors color calibrated and it’s still quite the difference.

Their website says there’s a 30 day return policy but I suspect I’ll have to pay for return shipping and it won’t be worth it for the price I paid for it originally
