What a wonderful experience we had at Beaverbrooks in the Trafford Centre!

We visited to purchase our watches and also had my jewellery cleaned while we were there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely fantastic – warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely attentive.

As a full-time powered wheelchair user, I particularly appreciate businesses where accessibility and inclusion come naturally. I was made to feel completely welcome, comfortable and valued, without my disability being made an issue. That may seem like a small thing to some, but believe me, it makes a world of difference!

The team took their time with us, nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience felt personal rather than simply another sale.

We absolutely love our new watches, and having my jewellery beautifully cleaned was an added bonus!

Customer service like this deserves recognition. It’s not just about the beautiful jewellery and watches – it’s about how you make people feel.
