The staff were very pleasant and friendly and acted in a professional manner at all times. The earrings my wife was interested in were not in stock but they arrived quickly and I was immediately informed. We visited the store and my wife was very happy with them and the purchase was completed. A first class customer experience.

Good personal service and care

Our experience in Beaverbrooks was pleasant, we wanted a Bulova ladies watch and within minutes our specialist assistant Graham had ordered a couple of watches to arrive later in the week; we was pleased that Graham was present and available and sat us on some comfortable furniture whist he brought the watches over for our perusal, we chose the watch and Graham plied us with refreshments whilst he removed a couple of links and during this we were spotted taking pictures and another assistant kindly came over and offered to take one of us together which was kind
All in all our experience was amazing and exciting thanks to Graham and all the staff at Beaverbrooks.

I knew the watch I was looking for , just not too sure on the exact model.
I visited Beaverbrooks twice - Both times I dealt with Graham.
We went through all the options before deciding the model I wanted.

I popped into the Chester Store to ask about a watch that wasn’t in the window, Sarah sat us down came back and said they have 1 available in a boutique & if I left a small deposit they
would try & secure it for me, 2 weeks later I got a call to say the watch has arrived at the store.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Made to feel like a valued customer, I would highly recommend.

I had requested a specific watch to view at the Chester branch of Beaverbrook’s. When I entered the branch I was warmly greeted by the staff and offered a drink (tea, coffee or water – unfortunately, not alcohol !). Whilst all the staff in the branch were clearly professional, the lady who assisted myself with the purchase really took the time to explain the workings of the watch and the guarantee aspect. I was also kindly assisted by another lady. I was extremely impressed with the décor of the branch and the range of watches available. A sincere thank you to all the staff at Beaverbrook’s in Chester. Oh – and I did purchase the watch that had been delivered for my viewing – which is a Frederique Constant with a separate Wolf winder; an excellent watch and just what I was seeking !
